Horrible service. Two weeks in a row now we ve had to call regarding our a/c not working. They promise to come out and fix but never show up. After repeated calls through out the day they finally say we ll come out early tomorrow morning but guess what, still no show. Begged them to tell me how to fix it but they said they have to come out. I have no window to open so am stuck in this sweltering box. Today s temperature was 103! Still they didn t come out. They don t even call to say they aren t going to make it. They just ghost you while you are waiting for them to show up, hoping that maybe this time they will honor their word.
Don t waist your time or money with this company. The warranty isn t worth it because they won t show up to honor it.
