Hi All,
Realistically, this is the least helpful agency ever in London.
I only got 1 job offer in the last 12 months.
I usually received in between 20-30 phone calls from agents and job offers are blooming in my field (Electrical Design Engineer)
But this agency did NOTHING for me.
Worst ever. So, take off your pink glasses and face reality.
I don't know what they are doing, but this is not how the agency should work.
Advice: steer away from that agency. Not helping at all, and useless.
They will not offer you nothing, so, just don't waste your time.

Having worked in recruitment for a number of years and for several companies, I am happy to say that Calco Services have managed to combine an enjoyable working environment with a focussed business attitude.

There is a culture of personal development with a structured training plan for all consultants regardless of level and experience.

They believe their people are their greatest asset.

It's my fourth month at Calco and I really enjoy working here. I get to work with experienced recruiters who really understands both candidates and clients. The work environment is very ethical and the best interest of the clients and candidates always come first.

Everyday is different and I get to really challenge myself in sourcing talent and matching them to clients.

Compared to similar sites the website is too fussy and poorly designed.

It also hangs a lot and the response times are overlong.

The website is really user friendly, The content is current and up to date. Your linked in page and posts from Charlotte Barrington are always excellent. The Tuesday Teaser Charlotte does is a brilliant idea and is something I love to do. I always look out for her posts as the content in these are always great. She does a great job.
