Potholes you can fit a car into, broke down cars, owners take care of nothing

This community is great. It's safe and management takes good care of it. I would recommend anyone to live here. They have new homes that are a great deal. I have lived in many mobile home communities and this is definitely one of the best if not the best in Birmingham.

The homes here sell/rent out fast at this community. Im hoping something is available soon, I really like this place.

Nasty. The trailer park is a muddy mess the ppl who own it Don't seen to care at all. Maintance is nonexistent..

This is a family friendly community and is safe. The staff, Jennifer and Nate are amazing! They are very helpful and care about the residents. I have recommended Cahaba Mobile Estates to several people.

Management is rude & do not care about their tenants

We came to look at one of their homes available and it was really nice. I didnt know it was a used home until the manager told me. They really do an amazing job getting these homes ready. Park seems very clean and roads seem good to us.

I have not been here, only to the apartments next door to the mobile home estates!

Poorly managed, run down Mexican community. Too expensive for a low scale trailer park. Operated by the wealthy, inhabited by the desperate and disadvantaged.

Only 6 months to a year! I needed it for 2 months..hurricane..hello!!!!!

This community is great and affordable. Management cares about quality of the community. When compared to other mobile home parks, the rent is less expensive And the quality is Superior. I know because I looked with my family before moving in there.

I have family that lives there and every since they moved in there it has been terrible the new management doesn t care about the residence at all they always complain about stuff like parking in the grass but won t fix pot holes it s always where the residents have done something wrong but look at the conditions they have to deal with poor conditions!

I moved into the community six months ago. Purchase a home through the community. I have to say it s fantastic. My kids and I love living here and management is very good.

It has been a few years since I have lived here when I lived here it was a decent place to live the rent was very reasonable especially if you owned your own trailer or camper trailer I bought a trailer that was in really good condition for under $3,000 me and my wife did when we first moved in and the rent was 275 a month plus water and plus electricity as long as I didn't use much electricity and much water it turned out that I was spending about 425 a month with rent. Now if you're renting a trailer you're obviously going to have to pay more than I did and also I'm sure the prices has went up considering they were bought out so the same people that own the part when I live there or not there anymore there are not near as many speed bumps as there are in the park I Live Now basically the park I Live Now has coming in and going out 40 speed bumps you have to go over and Cahaba mobile home real estate does not have near that many as in any trailer park the best advice I can give you is just to stay to yourself or if you're lucky you will are could meet a few good neighbors the park I am in now it's mostly at least spent 80% of the Hispanics community. And when I left Cahaba mobile home real estate it was about half and half half Hispanic community in the other half Caucasian community. I'm just answering the truth I'm just telling you exactly how it was and how I think it is now and so I hope this helps.

I have a friend who lives here and enjoyed my visit when I came for the summer. We hung out near the river and the houses are really nice. The park is well taken care of and the neighbors seem really cool. Can t wait to come back next year.

This place is seriously over priced and a serious mess.

When we moved in, management was aware that we had 5 dogs. After moving in, we were ingoinfo we could not put up a nice chain link fence, even though 80% of the homes have fences, most falling down .
They also cheated us on the water bill. When they were sending out the bill, it was always over $100 . Once the water company took over, it was $45.

Look looking forward to moving engine on your trailer out here it seems like a great neighborhood very quiet and I think it's going to be awesome!!!

Great place to live, convenient, awesome tenant's all my neighbors are very nice the only problem we have is super high water / sewer bill.

It needs the roads fixed it has big potholes in the roads

They are thefts. I wish it was like it use to be.... moving out... who ever comes in welcome to hell!!!!

Absolute worst company ever. The owner is unprofessional and has no idea how to run the park. The roads are horrible and I got a flat tire from a pot hole. The park is trashy!

It needs the roads fixed they have really big pot holes in there .

Mail system is nightmare
Trouble recieveing packages
Always an issue with water bills
Neighbor nice helpful

Roads are not matained lot rent is over priced and alot of break-ins!

Sad when you look at the comments and see that mangement plus the maintance man using different accounts to give it 5 stars.lmao.a car was stolen over there by the office crew cause they apparently dont know where it went guess they got a dollar for their champange taste.then they are theifs on top of that.dont leave your stuff if u are moving cause wh i le your gone they gonna go through it. If only the person knew what was really going on over there and where his money was really going.and oh yea my 10 year olds playstation 4 at their house enjoying it while she cried about it.pathetic ppl.never and i tell everyone dont move in there.
