I just called with a pay day question. Tammy was rude , I m nice to customers, can t corporate offices be nice to employees when they call and ask a questions?
This is THE WORST management company you could possibly choose to manage your business, ESPECIALLY a DUNKIN DONUTS OR BASKIN ROBBINS! If you call their phone number to leave feedback about one of the places they manage it LITERALLY hangs up the phone on you when you choose that option!
Getting ahold of anyone from human resources or just in general is impossible. No voicemail system or person directory. Just endless ringing and system prompts. How you're able to still have a company with the amount of negative reviews and questions about this place is beyond comprehension!
I have been working in this company for a while, and I have only good things to say. The Team in South Florida its great, my boss, she's AMAZING! I have learned so much about management and customer service. Her stores are neat, clean and with great teams.
Soulless company. They put employees into tough positions and then have the nerve to act like it's their fault when something goes wrong. Their management is rude and unprofessional.
I worked at one of their locations, and have been to a few other stores they run, and it's the same thing every time: understaffed team working as hard as they can, and expected to give up everything in their life for some menial job. They have so many restrictions limiting the amount of employees they can have working at once, it's just cruel.
God forbid you are a good employee. They will call on you every second of the day, asking you to come in to work. They have no flexibility, so if an employee is sick, they either have to stay and get you, the customer sick, or they leave, and call in another employee. Because that's how tightly things are ran. There is no room for anybody to leave; if they did, it would be a disaster.
They are the epitome of the incompetent corporations this country is filled with. Don't give them your money. Also, I am sure that all the 5 star reviews on google are fake, and made by management. All the real reviews are one stars.
This is the worst company. I feel for the young kids that work at these stores. The management is absent. I ve lost so much money at these places from them being short staffed and just not making certain items. I tried to call management and it just disconnects. I ve since given up and switched to a different location NOT managed by this company.
I currently work for Cafua Management in a Fall River, Massachusetts store I have had no problems with the management since I started working almost 3 months. I have years of prior experience in dunkin Donuts and other donut shops as shift leaders and assistant manager. This is a great company with opportunity growth and room for flexibility being a mom of 3 children.
Two Dunkins in Maine -- one in Waterville and one in Oakland -- have provided in excusably bad service, and there is no way to get in touch with anyone in management (corporate or local) to tell them about it. In Oakland, of the three employees working, one wore a mask, one didn't, and one had her mask down below her nose. I mentioned to her that the mask should go over her nose, and she said she knew that. I mentioned to her that the mask won't offer any protection if it's not over the nose, and she said she knew that, too. She did not, however, move her mask over her nose. With COVID cases skyrocketing, not wearing masks while working in Dunkin is very unsafe for all customers. I will not be going back to this Dunkin. I drove through at the store in Waterville, ordering a caramel macchiato. I paid at the window and waited for my coffee, which was taking so long, the car behind me was honking its horn. When I was finally given the coffee, I took a sip and found it was not caramel macchiato, and it was dreadful! I couldn't get anybody's attention inside the store for a good while, and when someone finally came over, I told her the order was wrong, and she turned to ask the server who had made it what was going on. His reply was, "She's already paid for it, so don't bother doing anything." I will no longer be bothering to go to Dunkin.
