Excellent provides a good shopping plaza for residents of Al Barsha

A mall created for the needs of the community. Easy to navigate and accessible with generous parking.

Union coop present here for a good shopping experience.

Good for grocery shopping but Mall of Emirates is very close. Better to go there.

Small and cute mall with almost everything that you need for dat to day. It has Union coop (grocery), gold gym, cheeky & monkey (children play area ), ADIB bank, etc . You can get parking with some effort even during busy hours. I gave 1 star less as it is not very centrally located like Lulu (al barsha), however I think people with cars and living nearby love this place.

Nice community mall with good shops and grocery stop for Al barsha people. It is having an amazing parking and a bank and jeweller and music instrument shop and some garments shops also. It is at walking distance from albarsha pond park.

Very calm and convienent. Unfortunately the parking spaces are almost always full even on workdays.

Playing area is in the food Cort.. Should be separated as there is many poelpe passing while kids playing..

Small mall located opposite Barsha pond. Suited for nearby local community needs.

The mall, where the local population is mainly bought up, is not visible to tourists, cashiers are in abaya. There are not many people, there are no queues, the choice and prices are not bad.

The mall is having convenient shops and a Gym , but they really need to renovate , clean better specially stairs and toilet rooms, would be great if the parking slot counter by the entrance work.

Dont forget to taste a chocolate from chocolala in this mall, definitely u end by buying one

You can do everything at one place. There are Tasheel, Dubai courts and supermarket.

I would like to buy my purpose from them at reasonable prices .. and the products offered existed .. Of course I am talking about the Union Association

A center full of all your needs You do not need to go for a complete market in one place

This is one of my favourite regional malls. It has a giant COOP with lots of small shops and Cafes.

The design of the building is very confusing despite the fact that it has many stores and services

Over all nice place and found almost everything's need.. Clean place.. Found parks in 95%..excellent collection of high standard family restaurants.. And excellent play areas for kids.

This mall is famous for local. Getting taxi from these is not easy.

Food outlets have not much varieties .... beside supermarket rest of shops are dead with no business or customers

Al barsha mall has RTA, tasheel, Notary Public, food court and a huge Union Co Op. It has free basement parking. Make sure you don't park yiur car outside the mall as the is paid RTA parking. I usually visit all barsha mall for RTA and Dubai Islamic bank. This mall also has Emirates bank and ATMs of various banks. Ideally located for residents of all barsha 1 2 3 areas.

It nice place to make shoping but only one thing. They parking space is less.

The best thing here is co-op. Second best thing are the gov offices.

One of the small malls in Dubai. Pricing is fair. But you may not find everything you are looking for or so many options. But still fair enough. Has perfume stores, and KFC with a good view too.

A bit hard to find cabs because it is situated in a residential area. Advantage is that it is quite close to Mall of the Emirates

Really good place for cheap, but very quality grocery shopping. Has also a kiddie ville entertainment for children and iconic restaurants such as doner and gyros and burger fuel.
