small mall, no need to walk a lot, you can easily park the car, several restaurants that I like, a gym, union coop, banks, kids playing area, electronic shops.

Nice and compact.. It used to be cheaper than other venues but the prices have increased

A small out of the way mall with no particular reason to visit unless you live there. We went to meet a friend who worked in a shop there.

The exception is the Union supermarket on the first floor. WOW. I never saw a supermarket with such choice. It is a vast enterprise. It has amazing selections - such as 5 different types of beetroot from different countries etc. Such choice. TBH it's worth a visit just to browse the amazing variety of goods here and maybe do a bulk buy.

A very good mall with lot if stores and houses government services including CDC issuance and vehicle renewal mostly locals come here and houses a emirates coop also this place have basement parking

Nice place for home shopping but his problem in the presence of some community groups who do not know the decency of the title and meaning causing some families and the province and visitors inconvenience and God used.

Best place for special offers in food and everything in general

They way how community malls shall be. You can do shopping from the hypermarket. As well, you can complete many of governmental services from the same destination. Even, you can renew your vehicle registration or do any vehicles registration services.

Very hommy and cozzy for the area and good for basics

We go there for "Well good" flour gluten free because this is the only place where you can find. It is not available in any other COOP outlet. There are big variety of gluten free egg free wheat free products for food intolerances children.

The only thing I dislike about this is that you have to walk through the underground car park to get to some shops.

Al Barsha Mall is a community mall with a Union Coop, a lot of fast-food outlets, a kids play paradise, some retail shops and banks. But the highlight is definitely the supermarket. You can park your car for free. Due to it's vicinity to MOE it does not attract crowds apart from the grocery store.

Dominated by the Coop grocery store. The Coop has a lot of products somewhat haphazardly arranged. Cheaper for some things but more expensive for others compared to Spinney's.

'Huge' Union Cooperative with tremendous choice of fresh and dry food. Its a cozy mall with various services/ shopping offered under one roof.

Didn't personally visit the entire mall, however made use of the union coop inside the mall. Got to say it's the best union coop in the UAE (In my experience).

Mall is decent sized, parking outside is paid.
