I like this place! They offer tasty meals, their menu is nice, The cook in that restaurant is well trained, I love a lot tasting all their dishes. The dishes are always good, the attitude towards the clients is friendly. I often go to this place and I not even once was discontended. I recommend it to all.

I'm fairly certain this place is still running because it's the only restaurant for a few blocks, sandwhiched among office buildings.

I, on the other hand, happen to live across from it. It's way overpriced, but it's so damn cute. The laminated table covers, the historic cottage, the owner, Marie. They really bring the place together. I get the salmon crepe with tomato, feta and olives. I also add a guilty capuccino and that usually brings the breakfast to a 23ish dollar amount. Not an every day meal, but a cute one if you're nearby.

This place is wonderful! I come here all the time for a late breakfast and it's the best escape from LA where you don't actually have to go anywhere. The food is fantastic and not overpriced, but I come for the ambiance. The word quaint comes to mind. You sit surrounded by gardens and cottages. There's classical music playing. When I actually get a day off of work, this is where I want to be in the morning.

Wonderful spot, I wanted to stay and just soak up the atmosphere. The food was very good, the staff friendly, and we felt relaxed and not rushed. I took a picture of the plates served it was so well done.

Cafe Chez Marie is a cozy cute French cafe with delicious food. Had the Croque-Madame, a French classic of Black Forest Ham, Gruyere cheese with a fried egg on roasted bread. Also tried the roasted potatoes and the Merquez Burger, a lamb patty with Aioli sauce on brioche.
Fresh, tasty, good portions and a relaxed French cafe vibe. Wonderful!

Five stars isn't enough for is the quiet, adorable, carefully crafted mom & pop French/Moroccan brunch spot. Every plate goes out under Marie's watch and the quality shows. This restaurant is her baby and she knows customers are it's lifeblood.

We ordered the omlette morocaine which was one of the most well-prepared omlettes I think I've had. The eggs were the perfect thickness and softness. The sauteed onions, peppers, and sausage was soft and flavorful. Thoughtfully placed fruits were on the side with two halves of warm toast. Delectable.

My boyfriend got the Menage a Trois salad, which was a crisp bed of greens, sliced radishes, carrots, avocado, sesame seeds topped with egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad. A creamy dressing on the side complimented the plate perfectly. Again, carefully prepared, fresh, simple but delicious.

Everyone, especially Marie, who served us was very nice, attentive and pleasant. Everything was timely and according to order.

This is your perfect small group, cozy, beautiful garden brunch aside a quaint European cottage. It's worth a venture, or what is now for us, a regular spot with close friends.

I go with my wife to this lovely place many times a year! This is my favorite spot to to have a good dinner. I visit this spot routinely. The food is fantastic, the crew is friendly and the rates are good. I like eating in this place for a rich dinner.

Was there with my children and the ownwer could have not been ruder. I guess she's not fond of children. Customer service is just not important at this establishment which is sad becuse it's cute but the owner is ridiculously rude!

"We will always have Paris!"

"We will always have Paris!"

My bestie took me here on an "let's escape work for a quick second, and have lunch together" date, and I just fell in love. This wonderful little spot tucked up on Santa Monica Blvd. is the epitome of European-inspired cuteness. If you've ever found yourself charmed by Europe, you must come here and experience total bliss and a perfect mini-escape right in the middle of bustling westside LA.

It's like walking straight in to a village in France, where everyone moves slower and enjoys their coffee slowly, and flowers are in bloom, and people just sit and smile. I swear, go and see for yourself.

The food is also delicious, and doesn't feel heavy. I had the Quiche Lorraine, which was laden with delicious bacon and cheese, and a nice size, served with a salad and garnish. My friend had the garden omelette, which she also loved. And we sat there and caught up, ignoring the blinking lights of our blackberries and pagers, to savor the sunshine and this quick escape into sheer bliss.

I left in a substnatially better mood than when I came, which to me, is the mark of a wonderful dining experience. I cannot wait to be back, and now when life begins to get too LA-crazy, my bestie and I keep saying that we will always have Paris and that we will come back again soon!

Delightful French Normandie style breakfast and lunch Cafe. Very relaxed and well-behaved dogs are welcome. This establishment is incredibly quaint, there is indoor and outdoor seating. Only open for dinner on special occasions. Has a special room for meetings and group parties that is very reasonable. Also does catering.

Cafe Chez Marie is such a little gem. The staff is warm and wonderful, the food is great (try the ouefs cocoette- you will not be disappointed) and the restaurant itself is incredibly charming. Perfect weekend brunch spot.

I really loved this place. My reservation for 3 was on a Sunday afternoon at 3 in Mid October. We were the only dinners at the time which was fine by me. Our server was on point and friendly and engaging. The food was fantastic. I had Pan Perdue, Ham and cheese crepes, and a desert crepe. They have a decent wine list. The other 2 in my party enjoyed their meals as well.

Love this little place. Great outdoor patio, perfect for a weekend brunch. Delicious French food, nice and attentive (not to mention, French-speaking!) personnel. The place has that authentic European feel that makes you want to go back there again and again.

I was in LA for a month + came here THREE separate times. Service was true to a typical European restaurant - slow and casual. I am completely fine with as I understand, but others may not appreciate that culture. I had the Salmon Eggs Benedict, a cappuccino, and a croissant throughout my few visits. Everything was oustanding + FRESH. I will be back when I am in Beverly Hills again.

I feel transported to anywhere BUT the city, Cafe Chez Marie has pleasant service, beautiful background noise of classical music, and the ambience is cozy, warm, and quaint. Of course, the food was delicious.

Its like u went to france for vacation. Cute small quite spasious yard with plenty of sitting among all original authentic french country architecture. Eggs benedict were just really good and french toast my boyfriend got was just percectly juicy, not dried out like some places. They really put quality on a top shelf. Absolutely best place to start sundayday with a couple of delicious mimosas.

The food was excellent. The Moroccan Chicken was the dish that captured my heart. Stewed chicken so tender I can cut it easily with my fork. Full of savory tomato flavor with onions, bell pepper and mushrooms. The service was very good and hospitable. Highly recommend this place!

The food and service was excellent. I love the light on the ceiling it is like you are looking up to a forest with the night sky (see photo). It kind of makes you think you are eating outside. The French onion soup and mussels are a must as an appetizer. Then check out the specials as you can't go wrong with any of them.

The food and atmosphere were both great here, but the service was not. My friend has a life-threatening allergy and the woman who waited on us responded to my friend s notice about the allergy in the rudest way possible. She clearly took offense to her bringing it up, and mocked my friend. Any other establishment would thank her for the heads up and check to ensure zero cross-contamination. The interaction was incredibly odd and we felt very unwelcome after that.

Fantastic place! I had the Eggs Norwegian (eggs Benedict with smoked salmon) and that was the best poached eggs I ve ever had! We sat outside in the courtyard and had wonderful coffee and listened to classic music. The service is a little slow, but well worth the experience. We will definitely be back.
