Meal Sunday September 2 at noon before visiting Soulages museum.
Much below average, the entry is rich in flavor, but we are still waiting for the description of the plate. As for the dish for me a ray my faith quite ordinary, my wife of the correct pork, but the Michelet beans which accompany were not cooked enough.
In short for the price I have already had better

Coming out of curiosity and envy during a visit to the museum, I was very disappointed by this cafe. Certainly the place is very beautiful, but it is almost impossible to be served if you are gluten intolerant! Despite having asked upon entering the cafe if it was possible to be served with this constraint, it took a long time before finally being offered boiled eggs as a meal guide! We talk about gluten but in the service we understand lactose, we bring you normal bread to accompany 3 unfortunate little eggs and not a salad sprout.
It would have been so simple to serve the waffle topping with a soft-boiled egg ...
Extremely disappointed, in many restaurants far less rated it is quite simple to find a gluten-free solution, here we assure you that everything is fresh but past 11am, we can no longer serve you the morning potato salad which it is gluten free !
I do not recommend this restaurant, it does not deserve the praise we give it.

I love coming to lunch at the Cafe Bras. All "opportunities" are good. The menu is different almost every day, and the Chef uses local producers / peasants and bakers. I have never been disappointed with the meal, on the contrary, and the service is impeccable. To do also, the theme cooking class.

It was too much for lunch.
Nothing but coffee by its taste and presentation is great. The homemade Russian cigarette with its whipped cream of pure pleasure all at normal price. No hesitation even just for a coffee

A great name that stays true to itself. Excellent local products, a cuisine full of accuracy and talent. It is not a large table, that is not its goal, but it is a place of pleasure at the best value for money. Added to this is a very beautiful setting and a staff who understood everything. Upon entering we are immersed in a very contemporary atmosphere, a minimalist decor under a discreet light almost half-light, at first cold cold tinged with black and brushed stainless steel, then the eye gets used and discovers the warmth of the material under the color of the placemats made in the same red leather that covers the chairs with armrests, enhanced by the pure white of the cushions which brings a cozy note ... here we are.
The welcome was discreet, noiseless but cordial, crucial moment discovering the menu where when reading everything makes you want, crucial moment you have to choose so as not to disturb the impeccable and relaxed service.
The entry is of a simple and beautiful visual but the flavors quickly sublimate and deceive the eye of the discovery of this first dish followed by another where the palate begins to believe in a mirage of intoxicating scents, then a dessert, the quenelle of lemon ice cream next to a meringue topped with blueberries with just a sprig of currant, what a wonder ...

Not bad, not bad, but master ARM should roll up their sleeves (humor) and come and calibrate his microwave ovens. The little truffle sandwitch is clever, but if the truffade was less cold and the upside down (humor also) of waffle less hard, it would be downright smart. A little shortcut (humor still) as a critic, but the dithyramb was not on the menu today! 4 stars anyway to the proud (always humor) chef who will not fail to fill this little (decidedly humor) empty passage. A fan.
