A reasonable price to eat in a gourmet. The Bras house is part of our Aveyronnaise culture and part of our pride.
2 cards: one very worked for the restaurant, and another more simply for the bistro side, but with a very good value for money. Nothing to say about the service: professional and available. A gourmet break not to be missed after the museum!

A soulless factory. Very beautiful decoration, pittable service, not a smile. Between noon and two be forced to eat waffles stuffed with ... spinach, with a dough soaked in cooking water. It sucks. Lots of waiting and a room manager who should change jobs. When there is only one concept for sale, the tourist is tricked. I guess locals don't set foot there.
Friendly atmosphere and extraordinary food! We will remember this little Sunday meal.

The place is superb, contemporary, perfectly related to the museum, the compliments that will limit to the architecture, for the rest:
Waiting, and waiting ... Lack of simplicity, blistering atmosphere, And to finish demystifying: A nice coat in the dessert with apricots ... this "little" incident was soberly underlined to the server (who is not there for nothing), related to the chef, who looks disturbed pretends not to hear, not a gesture, nothing, Like what, the desire to pass for a chic and distinguished place is not very assumed!
A bit disappointed with the proposed cuisine, but hey, it's just a brewery! A shame, because the setting and the service are very pleasant.
Strange: establishment open every day at 9am (an hour earlier than the museum itself!), The hostesses are there but you can't eat anything, even "take away", before noon ..!

Pleasant surroundings. Prices a little expensive but which remain correct. Come for a snack break. Not too crowded. Tip: book if you want to come for lunch or dinner. Choice in the teas offered. Original delicacies.
A single menu at 32 euros of impeccable quality for both taste and presentation. By cons, and this may be the difference with a large restaurant, the service was not up to par. No reproach to the servers themselves' of the young nice and competent young people, but on the organization of the service. Rather than having to do the same person from start to finish, we saw the whole team parade, finding but why not ... The problem arose after 9:30 p.m. where there were not many people left. take care of our table and at 10 p.m. while we were tasting a delicious dessert, we could hear the sound of brush brooms in the kitchen. In short it is a shame to tarnish such good cuisine by such poor organization of service. That said, I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Superb place. You don't expect that when you see the architectural exterior. Arrives too late for breakfast but finally we have coffee, tea, strawberry juice which was delicious. Then we waited 30 min until noon to eat the Miwam which was more than enough for us. Friendly waiter. Just perfect
