It's been over 23 years that I frequent this cafe with always enchantment and enthusiasm even after the disappearance of the former owner: - (.... but this time here is my first disappointment ... A real blow no luck on service and cooking.
The service team has completely changed. The arched blue cord cooked, dry and semi burnt ... the server dripping with concern (it is unpleasant) who tells us that it is a Babel cord and that it would be necessary to add cheese so that it is less dry . To believe that this young man from the south of France has never eaten it and it is not the "cordon Babel" that we know. As for the good kidney but a sauce too thick, too bad. We will try again but I will be sad to delete it from my address book, because the place is really nice and the plates usually good even if we stay on a rustic cuisine from our dear region.

The room service is exceptional, sincere and true and without curvette.
Fondue with caquelon beef or horse is recommended!
