CTS OCXO Crystal Oscillator Model 1190027 3.3V 20MHz.
It's the SKU: # XC233367 that makes the difference in case of lack of professionalism ... and that I had to specify without a doubt!
An oscillator is a device which generates and measures oscillations and which cannot be designated by the characteristics of a crystal oscillator. There are no crystal oscillators, unless you are going to revolutionize electronics.
So here is that your attempt to hide the ignorance of the representatives is lost in the air and It is the proof of a bad spirit, it is really disappointing for the customers and your attitude only aggravates the error of the representative.

I go there many times a year for specific needs but each time I find myself amazed by all the other things I can find there.

I was looking for a mechanical keyboard of a brand and model that is difficult to find in Canada. After contacting the distributor, I was referred to KGE Electronics. It couldn't have been simpler and more efficient. Friendliness, speed and the desire to provide excellent customer service.

Good store. I'm in here a few times a year picking up things I need for work. I'm not an electrician but the young guy who works behind the counter was able to help me out and tell me what I needed.

Perfect place to find what you need in electronics. Attendants are available and explains how it works.

The staff is not knowledgeable ... but there, not at all.

I really appreciated the service. I was advised to solder wire and iron. I also bought an optical converter -> RCA.

I had problems with the converter power supply but I just replaced it in the store.

Everything was great. I come here when I need hard to find electronic items. The cable I bought was a bit expensive but it's a weird one so that's to be expected.

3 - Exactly as expected, neither more nor less. This is my starting point.

4 - In addition to what I expect, the company, the place, the service ... all together or one of them is higher than my expectations.

5 - Exceptional, I want to live there, to sleep there, to have lunch there, to shower there ... in short to say that I do not give this note often!
