3 - Exactly as expected, neither more nor less. This is my starting point.

4 - In addition to what I expect, the company, the place, the service ... all together or one of them is higher than my expectations.

5 - Exceptional, I want to live there, to sleep there, to have lunch there, to shower there ... in short to say that I do not give this note often!

So note 3 is far from being a bad note for me. That said, the fact that you asked me tells me that you are interested in the perception that your customers have of your business, you do not just provide a service but want it to be the best.

I am reviewing my note to 4 with great pleasure. :)
