Cadre Design Reviews

People here are very unprofessional, unreliable, and really bad at communication. I will never EVER have business with them again!

We hired Cadre to draw new plans to open up our 1800 s Chester county stone farm house. The engineer and architect were thoughtful and fast in coming up with a useful and wonderful solution to our structural problem. After careful consideration we had the plans in hand in a week and approved by a very strict permit committee within two weeks. The design they came up with is beautiful and ties everything together. Changes were immediately made and if we had problems or questions during construction our architect was right there to speak to the construction crew. I highly recommend Cadre- they bent over backwards for us and are worth every penny.

Great firm with creative staff and flexible schedules that were able to fit in my little projects.

Terrible. Poor communication and lying staff. "Too busy to work with my little project". I would run, not walk away.

As I need to have addition to my house, after calling multiple architect firms, this is the least expensive in drawing plans. At first I was skeptical about the quality of service and work. But they proof their professionalism through excellent communication. Not quiet understand why one post said there was communication issue, but in my case they listen to your opinions and revised the draft accordingly (feel bad that I had them revised few times).

Strongly recommended for everyone if you looking for house renovation, low price return with great product and services.
