I Had mold in my condo, due to a leaky roof. The HOA paid for a restoration crew to come out immediately. They replaced my upstairs neighbors' balcony. I wasn't Owlwayz kind in emails, but the HOA was.

Moved into our home and our first HOA. The first few years weren't to bad and was ok with the service. But when Vanessa Lubinsky took over things went down hill. Too many times it was Vanessa's way. She never answered emails in a timely manner and many times took it upon herself to do things her way after the HOA board told no its not the way we want it. There was so many things that caused many problems and she always was rude to the board members. Her last neighborhood inspection was to race through the the neighborhood and do nothing. She was observed doing that by a few HOA members. Infact she wiz pass me going about 35mph. I am pretty sure there was no way she could take notes on her inspections driving so fast. I personally give your company one star for your preforms. If asked about Cadden by anyone I would honestly say stay away.

I have been very disappointed with Cadden. My mother s home is a seasonal home in La Paloma and when she s gone the landscapers employed by Cadden skip over her home. This has been a noticeable skip more than once in the 26 years my 98 year old mother has owned this home. I ve had to hire my own landscapers to prepare this home for sale. We re also trying to touch up the outside paint color as we fix the aging stucco. The color the HOA gave me regarding what to use for touch ups is too dark. I asked for someone from Cadden to help me with paint color. I believe because the house was one of the first ones on the block that they might now even know the paint color. We started painting with the recommended color and it s too dark, like some of the other homes in the development. So now we have to paint the entire house. I ve asked for a rebate on some of my monthly HOA fees. No response. The company doesn t care about the consumer except for getting their HOA fee.

I rent a property in the HOA that this company is responsible for. On Memorial day for the past 6 years that I have been here. The trash pickup Holidays that were observed has apparently changed without notice. My trash is now stinking up the garage for 1 week, and I can't take my trash from the house into the container because it's FULL. Today 5/31 I recieved a notice from this awful company with a revised schedule for the new collection company Republic services. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. SURE GLAD I DON"T OWN IN THIS HOA. The postage date on the envelope is 5/30 too bad Memorial day was 5/28.
What MORON was in charge of this notification. SHOULD BE FIRED!
Look at all the negative reviews and notice how they say the same thing over and over again.....the were hired by the Board of directors...blah,blah, blah.

We've attended two meeting in regards to re-opening facilities in Catalina Del Rey. The Board members have repeatedly bullied and used scare tactics (one member of the board even laughing at my Mother) to maintain that all facilities should be shut down at the hypothetical risk of someone contracting Covid and sueing the HOA. We are continuing to pay for facilities we cannot use and the Board/HOA have blatantly ignored the community. They do not trust the people they live with and are punishing every member of the community by utterly refusing to open facilities properly. The meetings are awful, planned so that no one with a 9-5 can attend. Board members make decisions based on personal interest and not community well-being.

People are moving out in droves! No response to valid complaints and no communication from the complaints to Caden management! Police are often called and again you can send all the letters they request, with no response! The HOA board members are a joke and a huge clique of people that candy coat to Caden what is really going on! Who are the actual owners of this community? They need to know what is going on!
