I have been very disappointed with Cadden. My mother s home is a seasonal home in La Paloma and when she s gone the landscapers employed by Cadden skip over her home. This has been a noticeable skip more than once in the 26 years my 98 year old mother has owned this home. I ve had to hire my own landscapers to prepare this home for sale. We re also trying to touch up the outside paint color as we fix the aging stucco. The color the HOA gave me regarding what to use for touch ups is too dark. I asked for someone from Cadden to help me with paint color. I believe because the house was one of the first ones on the block that they might now even know the paint color. We started painting with the recommended color and it s too dark, like some of the other homes in the development. So now we have to paint the entire house. I ve asked for a rebate on some of my monthly HOA fees. No response. The company doesn t care about the consumer except for getting their HOA fee.
