Enjoyed the experience but was over shadowed when they wouldn t refund me for a child s ticket.. my daughter s friend was sick and we asked for a refund the next day they said they would refund me when I get there but then decided to give me a credit note like I was going to take another 4hr journey down to Birmingham with children under 5yrs..
disappointed!! Dnt book online if it s a child s birthday just incase someone is sick.. Book on arrival...

We have recently purchased Ritz Crisp & thins. Wonderful product, great taste and innovative. Sadly there is one major disastrous issue with this product that will kill it if not solved, the packaging. Every packet we have purchased has been over half whole 'thins' and half crushed bits. We have purchased all flavours from several stores and it is always the same, so we will not purchase again until you solve this major packaging issue.

Really Mondelez ....taken over cadburys what a shame.. And using Palm Oil ..which isn't good..

Caramels unstable. Dry sharp taste not sweet like before.

Fantastic place to visit, with or without the children and grandchildren, haven't been for 15+ years and it was a wonderful afternoon, some 5 hours spent enjoying all on offer, the staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing was to much trouble, worth every penny, the look on the gkids faces going around the various topics was great, thank you all for a great day..... Including the free choccies....

Stop buying their products until they stop using palm oil from deforested areas

HGV Advice..... This is Cadbury s! I deliver here sometimes 3 times a week, the first thing to be aware of is the height restriction at the entrance, I drive a truck that s 15 1 4.6M high, I have to go in via the exit gate, always look for other trucks coming out before you turn off of Bournville Lane!

NEW H&S stuff!!! You now need to book in at the gate house! And then book in again at the weigh bridge!!

The goods in (L1st & V Block) are right at the back of the site and L1st goods in can only tip you 1 side at a time and the yard to turn around in can be tight if there are other trailers in it. If there are trucks in the bays its best to wait at the tight turning until they come out.

V Block has no bell or intercom so you have to try and get someone s attention through the window next to the loading bay door. UPDATE: THERE IS A BELL/INTERCOM NOW!

Once you know all this its easy and the guys who deal with you are all spot on, quick and efficient!

Great fun, educational too and some free chocolate to keep you going. :)

Poor Orangutans. Their environment being destroyed (and them with it) so that Cadbury can produce their goods cheaply. I'm never eating a bar of fruit and nut again. Or any other Cadbury product for that matter until they stop using palm oil in their products. And I love chocolate.

Cadburys product are not recyclable packaging even though they could do it, other chocolate companies do. They put a change in packaging and profit above our planet. DO NOT BUY or support cadburys whilst they continue to do this

Only been twice because of my childrens extra needs they dont enjoy going as big crowds and queuing for long periods of time.good they are doing sen sessions we have only been to main sessions

Disgusted to find a piece of string running through my chocolate bar of Dairy Milk. They were difficult to get hold of and their response eventually was a voucher to replace the chocolate. No personal service at all and at no stage did I speak to an individual. Bears no resemblance to the original Cadbury Company now that it has been taken over by these faceless individuals

Great day out, not just for kids. Some restrictions on place but not intrusive.

Why can't you Americans get lost and give us the proper Cadbury chocolate back. You have destroyed the taste and everyone knows it. I hope you ate forced to sell Cadbury and let someone with passion take over. Won't be buying Cadbury again while the Americans are in charge

This is an experience to visit the chocolate factory and know the history of the Cadbury. The history is interesting and full of struggle, challenge and excitement. The tour is quite long and too much queuing sometimes but worth it so don't drop any attraction.

Great being a contractor here as you can use the staff shop

Cudbuty was the first factory to make a chocolate bar

Good for half a day visit. A little on the expensive side. You get some free chocolate but not much. Better to visit on a nice day so the kids can play on the out door park. Don't miss the cinema experience!

Can you Check up on your factory in South Africa. The quality of your chocolate is terrible here. Not sure about the rest of the world.

I purchased a Terry's Orange in November 2017, biting into the 2nd segment I discovered a string like substance running through the Chocolate. I sent Mondelez an email and they promptly sent me an envelope to return the product to them. Now they have the evidence they ignore all emails and communication. I have never been provided with an explanation or what the object was. Now March 2018. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Cadbury s Dairy milk chocolate now a poor example of what it used to be when still owned by Cadbury
