4 star property outside Jalandhar. Nice ambiance/location & food even. Rooms are good/spacious

We held my sons destination wedding in your hotel on 30/11/19. We stayed with our friends and family for 2 weeks at the hotel all who came from overseas. The whole process of having the wedding from start to finish was brilliantly handled by management. The resort is immaculately clean, good location, exceptional food , and the service given was very good. The staff is very good and helpful. All requests were promptly handled. We did not feel we were away from home. All the guests had a fabulous time. A Special Thank You to Mr Kamal Kishore for promptly answering hundreds of emails / phone calls/ questions etc during the wedding preparations and always present during the wedding. A fantastic place and would highly recommended to anyone who wishes to have a fuction/s or wedding. Truly a dream place .....

CHARLATANS- Having called them so we could come to use the pool, which was confirmed earlier that day by the Manager.
On getting there, the pool was out of order and was getting cleaned. I wasted 45 mins of journey time. Why not just say over the phone that it is out of order! Very unprofessional. Definitely not how a 5 star hotel behave.

Basically a place for marriage and other functions. It has ground and first floor for such type of functions.Could not visit spa facilities.

Although the property is huge and luxurious, the service fails to flatter. I had a stay on 31st March and on checking in, there was water all over the floor inside the room (room no 1109). The maintenance guy came in and took away the refrigerator. Next I had to take a shower before my meeting and there was no hot water. No safety feature inside the bathroom, as there was no telephone over there. I had to call up house keeping thrice before anyone could land up. For 40 mins people were only trying to say sorry to me, but I had to finally take a cold shower despite running high temperature. This happened at 4 pm. I got to know from one of the maintenance guys that they switch off the boilers for a certain period of time, but this does not find any mention when we check in. I went to the front desk to speak to the manager, again was assured that we will ask the manager to get in touch with you, but till morning no one turned up. Their lacklustre approach was appalling and would recommend all to please check the facilities before checking in. My experience was pathetic to say the least.

The reception guy was amazing great dealing and it felt like he know his job well. The food was nice and it was my first visit here. I thank Mr.Rajat for helping, suggesting.

Attended a marriage function... It provides very good space and is well organised with co operative staff.

Beautiful ambience and place to be when you wanna relax after a tiring journey.

Fantastic experience. Food and beverages were excellent. The only thing which lacked was a little bit of music. Overall i aam quite satisfied with the customer care and other hospitality takleef services.

Great place for all your family functions, Birthday or Marriage parties, etc, along with Business functions & meetings. Different types of banquet hall and rooms available, suitable for small groups, medium or large gatherings. Large open lush green garden & clean environment with facilities of gym, Spa and swimming pool.

Garbage food and service. Don't ever arrange marriage here. Worst food and service .

What a cool infrastructure. Vallet parking is good.

Everything's great. The rooms could have been a bit better. I do not mean they weren't good, they were infact fantastic. If you have the budget, go for it. The function hall and the food was also really great. The have a HUGE variety of delicacies.

Gym, pool, Snooker ,Table tennis , badminton , saloon , sauna , spa and Jacuzzi are available in cabbana... nice rooms and pool party also held on weekends

Place is awesome but some staff talking sense is rude.

The best Hotel in Whole district. Board Members and Staff are great. I love this place cause I m very much foodie, they always serve fresh and delicious food. Rooms are luxurious and Neat. The Hotel and very much spacious rooms and swimming pool as well.

Management very poor. Booked two rooms with half advance payment. And after that they told that the manager on that day told us prices for the single room not for double. Cancelled the booking straight away. That manager who dealt with us on that day never showed up. Tried his phone not answering. Now they are doing drama with refunding the money.

The best place to relax away from city traffic and noise is Club Cabbana. A truly 5 star place with very courteous staff and great ambience. Rooms are spacious and Premium rooms are way better than any other place that I have ever been to.

Food quality is good. Though there are limitations on number of Non-Veg dishes but variety of other dishes make up for it. Other amenities such as Swimming pool, gymnasium are well maintained. Spa services are expensive but they make it worth it.

Overall a must visit place with lots of greenery and open spaces. You just need a good deal on that price.
