Nice and cozy rooms, Good service. Overall had a comfortable stay.

Located on the Highway with nothing around it, rooms are good as per the cost. Attended few events and food was good too. Hosting events might cost a little bit more than other good places available.

The place is very decently decked up with European architecture and ambience but they need to work on providing better services in all aspects of hospitality right from the guard at the gate to the reception to the other places around, I feel because this is the only place in the vicinity of Jalandhar and Ludhiana that a bit of careless attitude has been adopted. Definitely there is a huge scope of improvement if there is the true Indian hospitality in deeds and sense I feel this place will be more chosen for events and functions.
Please also pointing out to keep away from VIP culture as on one occasion the normal guests were at discomfort due to some VIP movement that deterred most of us to be a part of any functions at Cabbana.
I understand that this is also important but better find out ways so that normal guests are not affected by your previledged few.just some suggestions for more improvement and better comforts. All the best hopefully to see positive change in the environment.

4.5 star place. Everything so spick and span, great hospitality, ambience and food. You really feel relaxed over here. One of the finest place in Jalandhar.

Lovely hotel, facilities and most importantly- the service. Whatever we requested ( extra coffee, press iron etc.) was provided quickly with smiling faces. The staff has been trained really well in customer service and even in the restaurant during breakfast, service was exceptional.

Worst experience in terms of hospitality . Complete Lack of coordination between help desk , housekeeping and dining staff. Entered my room and was welcomed by lizard waiting for your ecotelic welcome. The staff keeps you waiting until you remind the requests to them 2-3 times. Room locks don't work at all especially room 2203 and 2206 . Each time you have to wait for staff to come and open the room for you. They have good praiseworthy indoor sports but food quality is not as per 3-star standards and they keep you waiting for 20-30 minutes for bringing your luggage from room to check out counter.

Their staff is very polite and they always feel happy to assist.
4 stars because of their location as it is about 15-20 kms from heart of the city(Jalandhar), but yes it's also approachable from Phagwara.

I would recommend against hosting a major event at this facility. We hosted a wedding here and had the following issues:

Door card keys consistently reset for no reason. My guests and I walked nearly 30 times to the front desk to have them reset our door cards, only to be told that it was because we were holding the cars too close to our phone. This was completely incorrect. At one point I actively demonstrated to the front desk that the card was resetting on its own and preventing me to access my door. They gave me no explanation. For a 5 star hotel, this was unacceptable.

Room Air conditioning issues. The air conditioner would not work properly in our main room. Given that we had rented nearly 40 nights worth of rooms, you would think they would prioritize and attempt to fix our issues. Instead they just sent a manager who kept apologizing repeatedly. I'm not paying so much money for apologies, but for a good experience. I was upset by the lack of care.

Air conditioning shut off in the restaurant ahead of our lunch event. We had nearly 100 people eating in the restaurant and found it too be hot and uncomfortable, to the point of everyone sweating. We told the management team to make sure the air conditioning was on before we came into the restaurant, but they simply apologized and continued to ignore our requests.

Pipe burst leaking water into secondary banquet room. Because of the burst pipe, we were unable to use a second banquet room for which we paid. We were given no explanation beyond that, and forced to do almost all of our events in the same room. This was not our original intention when staging the event.

No hot water in guest rooms. We were told that they were having water issues as a result of the pipe burst, and therefore all of our guests did not have any hot water to shower with. Upon further investigation, we found out that they were turning off the water heaters in the evening on purpose to save money at their facility.

Room service. We asked for additional blankets in our room, and repeatedly received dirty, uncleaned ones. In one instance, my brother (the groom) received a blanket which had blood stains on it. We were thoroughly disgusted by the whole experience.

Missing luggage. When the bride arrived, they misplaced her luggage and I was forced to help the front desk search for it after the wedding event finished. This took me nearly 45 minutes.

After having all of these issues and complaining to hote management, I settled my bill with the CEO of the hotel. I was insulted when he told me he was giving me a 5% discount on my bill because of everything that happened. In some rooms, he charged us over $250 USD per night. To suggest that all of the difficult we went through was only worth a 5% discount was shocking. He seemed to realize that I would never come back to his facility, so I could tell he truly didn't care.

Overall, this hotel is marketed as a 5 star but is actually about a 1.5-2 star. Expect to spend a lot of money, and be treated poorly. The front desk does a good job, but they are poorly equipped to handle issues that they face. DO NOT be persuaded by he lobby area. The lobby area has a high ceiling and looks very nice. Additionally, they will tell you that celebrities and other sports guests have stayed and dined at their restaurants (photos hang near the entrance. However, the reality is that it is very poorly managed, with little regard to the guests.

Save yourself time, stress, and money and go do your major event at any number of other good options in Jalandhar or Chandigarh.

Good food and ambience, ask for Mr. Kamal, the best to ask anything around.

Worst of service ever faced in any hotel, even after 2 hr of checkin room not cool, ac control is damaged and reception /maitanance not supportive

Service is very good but daytime it is not very busy.evening and night time is best for visiting cabanna. Food taste is very good but it is costier. Location is very good.all varities food are available service is very good. Food is very tasty and environment and background is very good for photography

It a well located and easily accessible resort. A nice place to stay away from the city but well connected. The rooms are spacious and will all the facilities and amenities. had stayed for work and it was very comfortable. It appeared to be more of a party cum wedding destination. The food was good but as there were not many people staying some of the items got cold.
In all a nice open place with good clean rooms and good helpful staff. Can try out and stay with family too.
