I contacted them 2 weeks ago to arrange part time maid on 3 Feb 2018. However, when I tried to reconfirm the appointment with them just now 2 Feb at 12:00 noon, now only they told me cannot make it cause '' Boss nak pakai staff'! You should have told your client earlier so people can look for alternative! Not only when your client reconfirm the appointment, then you said cannot! Is this the right way in doing business? Buat janji kosong!
After 1 year service with them, I decided it is enough. I recommend whoever is reading this to never hire CA cleaning. They are unprofessional, rude, never come on time once (in 1 year), keep changing cleaners and driver so always need to reteach. Rm10-20 cheaper, is not enough to cover your anger. If you have complain, you can t even reach out to anyone to solve it. The 5star reviews are fake.

I booked them for yesterday a week ago. The cleaners confirmed to arrive and start at 3.30 however until 4.30 , they had not arrived and did not answer my call or text. Finally, the supervision arrives with 2 back-up cleaners at almost 5pm. Sent them back. This is my first and last using CA cleaning services. Completely unreliable.
Worst service ever! Didn't even apologize for being an hour late! Even forgot the appointment that they themselves have made with me! Cleaners went home 1 hour early and left all the shifted furniture without putting them in place! Owner has no manners, so do the workers! WORST WORST WORST!
