C 2 Media, INC

I have been a customer of C 2 Media, INC for several years now and I must say that their service has been average at best. The website looks nice and professional, but the content is often outdated and not very informative. It's also frustrating that they don't offer any sort of live chat or customer support, so if you have any questions or issues, you're pretty much on your own. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
