We were in a bind with our previous insurance company and were on a time limit, we were given Joshua Ruble's number and assured he would be able to assist, NOT only did he assist in such a quick turn around BUT SAVED US ALMOST 200 DOLLARS A MONTH !!!! Joshua also has reached out to us several times just to make sure all our questions were answered and we were HAPPY ! The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! He handles EVERYTHING FOR YOU and literally makes the process as SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE ! If you are looking for coverage this is the company I would want to help me out ! Ask for Joshua !!!

Terrible customer service. Andrew never will return phone call unless he is selling insurance. The front desk people are terrible and don't always return phone calls. Expensive for ASI Progressive. I saved so much money switching to All State.

Brian, saved us about 40% on our homeowners policy with same or better coverages which surprised us- he was very professional and responsive to our questions and concerns... we were so impressed we moved our rental homes and auto policies to him to manage as well...
