We used Bart when buying a home and he was great! Very professional. Explained all the paperwork in detail and made sure we understood everything. It made the whole process very easy. Definitely would recommend him and would use his services again!
Bart got the job done but the conveyor did not bode well with me. Poor communication skills, very disorganized, making last minute requests/calls... I was not impressed.
I have worked with Bart many times and have been very happy with the process. Yesterday he went above and beyond by looking up some details about some work that he did for me almost ten years ago! I really needed the information and Bart went to quite a lot of trouble to dig through his files and find the information. Many, many thanks!
Excellent experience from conveyancer Emily and Bart himself when dealing with a property transaction recently. Reasonable pricing, efficient response and knowledgeable advice. Two thumbs up. Very confused by some of the reviews here, Bart is the furthest thing from Snobby and Unprofessional. I do notice some patterns in the other reviews from some of these people. I have dealt with Bart on numerous occasions over the past 10 or so years, after an introduction from a friend when i was in urgent rush need. I have dealt with him for: wills, estate, property transfer, personal identity, insurance beneficiary, etc. A broad range of items/subjects and each one handled perfectly He has always given me outstanding service and even better advice. He has helped all of my friends I have referred to him and has shown the highest levels of integrity and professionalism. I would fully recommend Bart to anyone.

Attempted to make an appointment on weekend as the website offers. My communication was not read and my requests not considered. Also gave me bogus information on the licence. Replied to clarify - received no response. Will never use this joke company.
We had a great experience working with Bart and his team during the purchase of our home. We had to make last minute changes to our file twice and Bart was quick to update and work through it with us. I would highly recommend him and I will continue to use his services for all our notary needs.
