Mr Steve Moskos is so smart and wonderful I was referred to him by another wonderful person, his Friend, and my Friend, Judge Seth Whipper. I was Blessed by Mr Warren Buffett with a brand new car. Because the dealership didn t want to honor a Life Time Warranty for a problem that occurred, I almost lost my car because I couldn t afford to pay for the repair being that I m disabled and on a fixed income. In 5 days Mr Moskos got my car repaired AND returned to me He is my Angel He is very honest with you, he takes his job very seriously, and he is an excellent Attorney. If you do what he asks of you=remembering everything word for word, providing the correct information, being on time, listening and follow directions, you will get rewarding results. The best attorney my husband and I have ever had to retain. Explained things as we went through the process. If you want an attorney that knows his stuff, he is the one you want to retain. Btw, we won our case.

Heard good things about Mr. Moskos and was really excited about talking with Him and seeking help, but was very difficult to get to him because His paralegal is VERY unprofessional, and nonchalant I called to speak with him and was told she told me she was on the phone with another client and would call me back in 25-45 minutes just to give her my name and number and she would call me back, never did the rest of day(I tried calling back several times that day) next day I called several times that morning and literally the lady at front desk(who was very polite and considerate) stayed on the phone while I got through to make sure I did once I got through again very nonchalantly accused me of not giving her information on my case and when she was supposed to call back to receive information and then put me on hold rudely and never picked back up. Again I heard Mr. Moskos is a Great Attorney just sucks never got the chance to speak with him.

Straight to the point. Business is business. Also caring once you get to feel each other out. I don't like BSing around and neither does he. Very detailed and knows his stuff and will make the right suggestions and gives you more than enough tasks to complete to acquire all information necessary for a successful litigation. Especially dealing with Fraud and Contract issues. Highly recommended.
