Very narrow streets just to get to the place. Very very tight driveway and small yard. Their equipment, trailers, pallets make for very difficult maneuvering to line up to back into the building to hit the docks.

First thing a driver needs to understand is that it's a stone's throw away from downtown St. Louis, it's going to be tight. (Not the businesses fault). Second is prepare for a challenge because of the limited space, those concepts go hand in hand.

The people are helpful. I was unloaded in a timely manner. And I absolutely love a challenge. Granted, I wouldn't want a dedicated route to and from here, but the experience was a positive one. Thank you.

Does not care about the safety of the general public. Their driver nearly t-boned myself and my partner, when we called to report this the manager or whoever gave us the run around. My advice steer clear of their company vehicles because the drivers have no problems putting you in danger and management doesn't care.

The company that I represent is one of C.L. Smith's suppliers; we're in their Lyons Blow Molding (St. Louis) plants on a weekly basis making sure that their small parts inventories for maintenance are properly stocked and organized. During the course of my career, I've had the privilege of seeing many manufacturing operations up close and I must say that the Lyons Blow Molding operation is one of the best I've seen. The facility is clean and bright, and the personnel with whom we interact are all extremely friendly, upbeat, and always professional--which tells me it's a great place to work. As a result, I truly feel like we have a strong partnership with this company.

I work for the company behind CL Smith. It is a constant nuisance that their trucks block our drive so that our trucks cant get in and out. Have called them multiple time but they do nothing to prevent it from happening! If you are a driver... please use your brain and don't block someone elses drive!!!

Tight yes but not like described to where one should come to close to hitting anything. Seems to me the guy doesn't know how to drive.
I arrived at 8 for my appointment and was out before 10 although there was some misunderstanding because of what my paperwork said. That took about 20 min to get straightened out and then I was given a dock.
Seems people just want to butch about something.

Still have the sign "SHIPPING AND RECEIVING" pointing at the direction for the docks which you're not actually using, and it's a nightmare to turn around if you follow the sigh.
The actual docks that you use , the driver have to be really careful parking directly from the street cause nobody cares to slow down (I know you can't be in charge of the traffic)
