The full package with the warranty and I bought the car completely cash and since when we bought the car, we have the noise in the engine and in the wheel and the salesman his name Paul check the car and he find it out the cards have broken his struts and the car it’s it’s it’s safe to drive and he give us a promise to replace the threats and nothing is wrong with the car and after that the car one month later is gone for the service and they they sent us for Big M Chevy who is located in Radcliffe and they kept it for many months and taking the money from the warranty and they never figured out what’s going on with the car just they taken the money from the warranty and he kept the car for many months to replace the engine and they replaced the engine with bad engine and two certified mechanic they say is the engine whose Big M and the swap port replaced is bad engine and when they put the engine on the car they left two big balls in the engine and that causing danger and and safety issues for me and for the passengers all what they’re trying to do just taking the money from the warranty and scamming the people and West our times And after all of that, they requested me to call the warranty because they can’t fix my car just to keep the couple money months and play games and their mechanics and their employees do not proficient to do their job who is getting paid for not seeing this because I’m mad with them just because they did they wasting my time and they waste the money and they can’t figure it out and they never been straight to say everything in my face
C&k they say they have no obligation about this engine while they are responsible about this engine who is not safe and having issues since win Big M they put it in and they never they never do anything about it. They just scammed the Ford EXP warranty just to take the money and scan the people and let them pay more money.

Been getting my parts from them for 10 years. Good quality parts, fast shipping. Had a wheel bearing go out right away once and they shipped another right away. Great service. Definitely recommend them.

The initial replacement transmission they supplied under my extended warranty was faulty from day one. Getting them to recognize that and supply a second replacement transmission required 4 trips to my repair shop and nearly 2 months. A second replacement transmission was finally provided and has been installed but now my shop has been waiting for 3 days to be paid for their work so that I can get my car.

I have gotten lots of parts from them over the years, most recently a new steering rack. Always super fast shipping and fantastic customer service.

It is very refreshing to be able to trust a company and feel confident in their services. They are better than 5 stars and i would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

This by far the worst auto repair experience I have EVER encountered with C & K. I have a 2012 Porsche Panamera that was having transmission issues. I took my car to the nearby authorized Porsche repair shop in Springfield Virginiawhich is is neear my aunt's house. They performed a diagnosis and determined my car needed a new transmission. I have an extended warranty with Endurance whom reached out to get the transmission fromg C& K who would then shipp it to the local authorized Porsche reapair shop . It took FOREVER for them to get the transmission sent to local authorized Porsche repair shop in Springfield Virginia. The engine did arrive and was installed in my Porsche around the last week of January 2020. I drove the car that Friday and 01 February 2020 I start to get a faulty transmission light come and the car finally stopped at a red light in the heart of traffic in Northern Virginia. I had the car towed back to my authorized Porsche repair shop. They reached out to ENDURANCE and have been contacting C & K and no one has returned their. I am getting ready to deploy on or about 18 February 2020 and took upon myself to continuously to contact ENDURANCE and C & K . I finally was able to communicate with a hot body when contacting them and providing them my last six numbers of my VIN. My local repair shop and the local Porsche have already determined that the transmission could not be repaired. They just decided today 10 February 2020 that a new transmission would be sent. Mind you I am deploying on 18 February 2020 and he stated that the transmission should arrive on 18 February 2020. WHAT AM I TO DO!!!!!! I live in Fayetteville, NC and my car is in Springfield Virginia. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESSS.
