Wired our hot tub. Called on Friday and they arrived the following Monday am. Kind of a complicated job, but they worked quickly. Explained everything they did and why. Will use again.

Called a few days ago looking for an estimate. I was told they don't do in-person estimates and that an estimator would call me back same day to discuss my project. Still waiting. Meanwhile another local contractor came to my home and provided an estimate one hour after they left. Guess they don't need my business.
