We are a commercial customer of CH Briggs for over 20 years . What has occurred in the last week and a half is unacceptable . Everything that has been mentioned by Mr. Cavanaugh in the previous review is eerily similar to my experience.
If a company is going to interrupt the way that they do business, it would be advisable and prudent to notify the people you do business with! Your customers are not only unable to place an order but unable to check on orders already placed. I have waited on the line multiple times having to hang up without being picked up most of those times. I did get through this morning only to have the representative be unable to give me the information I needed . She said I would get a call back. I have not. I have called my sales rep multiple times with no call back. I have emailed with no response. I have called Reading, defaults to same "Customer Care" phone .
This is not an indictment of the Call Center group . This implementation failure falls on the Leadership Team and Ms. Klein whose approval of this new system has neglected to consider the impact on their customers.
