Guns Inc in my opinion is one of the best locations to purchase your firearm. The sales staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The prices are reasonable and if they don't have what you want they will order it for you.

I read a bunch of negative reviews so was obviously sceptical about my visit. I called first and spoke with John who was super helpful and offered to set aside all the different Glock mags I wanted. Walked in the door and was immediately greeted with a friendly hello and how may I help you. Told the person I called earlier and he introduced me to John. I also needed some holsters so John asked if I could wait a sec to talk to the specialist. Several minutes later a pleasant looking blonde woman walked over and introduced herself and although they didn't have exactly what I was looking for she special orderd everything on my list and I will have it Tues. Apparently the woman that helped me was the owner. She was more knowledgeable wand helpful than most of the men I've dealt with in other shops in Western Ma. They really are a great place with helpful staff and I'm looking forward to getting a membership at their new stores shooting range. Just proves you can't believe everything you read. This is a store I will frequent from now on!
I purchased a few guns at the old location... but the new store seems to have a very limited in stock selection....
The range was really nice... like the Mercedes of ranges... I personally just need a Chevy.

Mundane, vanilla inventory. Majority of the shelf products are comparatively over-priced. A better buying experience awaits not far away. The staff, while trying to be helpful were not well versed in firearm knowledge and needed to run outback to get advice from some unseen person. No machine gun inventory.
I enjoy this place. The owner David and his wife are some of the best people I've ever met. The staff there are friendly, Knowledgeable and pretty accommodating to what you need. Sooo much better since the staff change.
was greeted with "hey what do you want" wouldn't have been as bad if the tone was different...anyhow let that slide, ignoring him and deciding I didn't want any more of his customer service i walked to the displays &was looking for less than 2min & was again bugged by what passes for help so i let him know i was looking but thanks so much! He then says something like let him know if I wanted anything or look from outside. Even the Idiots u hired to work your counter can recognize that the purchase you lose from 2 or 3 customers could pay your mortgage

I went to Guns, Inc last week the day before the big milataria gun show at the Big E. Needless to say they were very busy getting ready for the show but they were more than accomadating to me. I was immediatley greeted by Walt who was very professional and knowledgable and an all around nice guy. Alot of the inventory was already loaded into the truck to go over to the show buu even with that said their inventory was still pretty impressive so i cant wait to get back over there this week to check out the full inventory. Also their supplies of parts, ammo and everything else you might need for your guns was good too and well priced. I purchased a new Ruger SR22 pistol with Walt and I could not have been happier with his services. This is my new gun shop. 5 stars!
Walking into the store you get more of a "what do you want" attitude rather than a "welcome to our store, how can I help you today" attitude. I took my business elsewhere.
Being new to firearms, I was a little nervous entering a store for the first time. Upon entering, the staff approached with a friendly greeting and inquired how they could help .
They were respectful of my level and shared their knowledge to help me make a selection to best suit me.
I felt comfortable in there and will definitely be returning soon to make my first purchase.
I got off of work early one day during the week... so I decided to stop in on my way home. I must have wandered around the store for at least 15 - 20 mins. without being acknowledged by any of the staff. This wasn't my first visit either... I had the same experience on a Sat. afternoon. I wanted to checkout a few pistols and maybe even holsters for a few that I already own... but clearly no one on the staff, at the time, was looking to lend a hand. Besides the lack of customer service, the prices seem a bit high... even for new firearms.

As someone who has worked in the Firearms industry for over a decade and has been in numerous gun shops all over the country, I just wanted to take a moment to offer some positive feedback to a shop that deserves it. The management at Guns Inc. gets it right! The staff treats customers like they are the only priority, they also keep the store clean and well organized so that everything is easy to find. The large selection of firearms and ammunition is greatly appreciated. From standard calibers to some of the more unusual cartridges, they have it. In the unlikely event they don t, I ve never been treated like a special order was an inconvenience. I m old enough and I ve been to doing this long enough to remember when there was a different shop with a different name in the same location, Guns Inc. is surely not that place! The crew at Guns Inc. has truly made it their own, and has a lot to be proud of.
Made my first fire arms purchase at this establishment. David was awesome he was so helpful and knowledgeable, and slowly walked me through the process as well as a quick tutorial of taking the firearm apart for cleaning. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. He was not just trying to sell me a product. If you are looking for friendly knowledgeable staff I would recommend Guns Inc.
Positive experience, clean and open shop, very good A+ I have been using them for my FFl needs and they are just so accommodating.
Stopped at this shop last weekend. There were 4 customers and 2 sales guys. Pretty good selection and adequate supplies. I stood at the counter with some items to purchase and wanted to look at some knives and tried to get some help. One guy was debating the best backup gun to carry with 2 customers and never acknowledged my presence. Went around to get the other guy and when he saw me he just looked down at the cabinet and held a pen to some paperwork. Went back to the first guy, nothing. So, based on some really lame customer service I am giving them 2 stars. Maybe another day would be different but who knows. I won't go back to a place that treats customers like that. I bought my supplies (and 2 knives) somewhere else.
Went in yesterday to look around, recently obtained my LTC after taking the class at Guns Inc., since day one the staff has been incredible, extremely knowledgable, and very informative. Yesterday, my wife and i went in to look around at cases and we were met by David. He was awesome, gave us some great information. We will definitely be back to purchase from this store.

I wasn't in here for long so I cant say much. They stock many low quality brands such as high point, kel-tec, streamlight, etc. And for value brands their prices are extremely high. Its a nice place to go, but you pay through the nose for it, and you don't have any quality choices.

All around great experience. Coming from an infantry and police background, I enjoy their wide selection. Their knowledgeable staff have always been eager to assist me in any way possible. Also, if an answer or item wasn't immediately accessible, It could be researched or ordered right away.

First time in this store. Now mind you I just came from Paper City Guns and Armor Bearer and was treated with more respect.! The muscle head salesman was very standoffish.. Seem bothered by me asking questions bout prices and makes and models of the firearms! Instead of asking me do I need help. He wants to clean guns. So I asked to go to the other side of the store because I seen more guns over there and he said yes. I found out more information bout gun rental then actually purchasing a firearm. Which was cool because he was very openly to inform me and polite which goes along way when you want a person to refer to a good place to go shooting at and the range prices. But as far as me going back to purchase a firearm from there I wouldn t just because of the way I felt I was treated. And by the way I showed him my LTC just to show him I wasn t a street punk out looking at guns..

The perfect establishment concept of sales, service, training and customer satisfaction. If you spend your money elsewhere, you're simply not getting enough for it.
Took my safety course here and had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I've visited several ranges down south and this was by far the cleanest and most modern facility I've been in.
Great shooting. Indoor range. Bow range too. Guns and ammo for sale. Classes for license to carry. Range is open 7 days a week. Store is open everyday except Sunday and Monday.
The people who work here are friendly and knowledgeable. I used the indoor shooting range. I was nervous, but the range safety officer put me right at ease and gave me some advice and taught me some things. I was very comfortable there and I highly recommend Guns-Inc Hot Brass.
I wanted to send a family heirloom colt 1911 to my son in Alaska... the staff was amazing helpful and knowledgeable..Took care of me without a hitch... Went down and spoke to James the manager told him what I was looking for and he found what I wanted in less then a week great experience very knowledgeable and professional staff will definitely keep doing business with them.
I recently purchased a M&P 9mm full size from Kendall then I was introduced to Mike Kendall's gun smith who I found to be very pleasant to deal with and extremely talented Mike had installed a Apex Flat-Faced Forward Set Sear & Trigger Kit which resulted in a amazing crisp & light trigger pull Mike also performed a flawless 360 deg stippling job on the frame I wish I could post a pic. My experience has been 100 percent I would recommend custom work or regular retail work to all of you.

I went to this store and right as I walked in I could tell this was a great store. It was very clean and the people there are very nice and knowledgeable about there guns. The buying process is very fast so no worries on that part....
I ll give this place two stars because honestly it was one of the cleaner and well lit gun stores I ve ever been in and it s cool that they have a range attached and offer courses. I had really high hopes for this place when I walked in because it looks so nice but I found the selection to be very limited and somewhat overpriced. Out of four gun stores I ve been to in the past few weeks this place was priced about fifty dollars more consistently on all the handguns. The younger salesman was extremely polite, helpful, and the right amount of attentive. The other salesman however convinced me, not only that I shouldn t spend my money there, but that I will never come back again. I ve never felt so disrespected by a salesman before. He was extremely rude and condescending.
Over the years I have had the pleasure of working with Guns Inc on purchases ammo and guns... The staff is knowledgeable, engaging and always willing to go the extra mile to service its customers. Prices are reasonable and fair. At this point, I'm about to utilize their gunsmithing services on a vintaged Marlin rifle that I recently I inherited. As with all previous interactions with Guns Inc. I suspect that the work will be done timely and correctly... Give them a try as you won't be disappointed...

Moved to mass from Texas and I didn't know anything thing about gun laws in mass. After calling several gun stores around that didn't pick up I found this one. After visiting the store the owner explained all the laws and answered all questions I had. All staff were friendly and had a fun conversation about the differences in laws. Will come back and buy a gun when I get my license!

Being an avid shooter I was excited to check out the new range. Ive been to many different indoor ranges around new England and I know it is substantially louder shooting indoors rather than outside, but there is something about this place that makes the concussion unbearable. I think its because the room is too small or maybe the exposed concrete but I was shooting low powered 9mm loads (beretta 92 FS) and I could feel it in my sinus and teeth. I should mention I was the only person shooting at the time.
Not pleasant.
If you are a precision shooter or new to the sport or a competitor I do not recommend this range. The over pressure (or concussion) in that room will make you flinch and teach you to be trigger shy, these are the worst habits to pick up, and shooting here reinforces bad habits.
Before I could finish my first magazine, I had an ejected shell bounce off the lane divider and snag in between my safety glasses and face and burn me. The pain wasn't a concern I am just angry I am going to have a scar on my face now.
Every indoor range I have been to has a shell catcher integrated into the divider or soft material on the divider to prevent this from happening. The dividers at Hot Brass are made of a hard plastic material which deflects hot brass back onto the shooter. Not pleasant.
Because I had shot only one magazine and I was injured, I asked for my money back and was denied. I was in the lane less than 5 minutes and came out with a burn on my face and was denied a refund.
The headache from the noise lasted a good 3 hours after that. Worst shooting experience of my life.

Guns-Inc. is always willing to help out with patience and gives their full attention. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable of their products and it helps makes those tough decisions easier. It also helps that their pricing is competitive. I'll be back for my next purchase.
S&W sent me in to get some gear and possibly a revolver. I was never acknowledged while in this store. There was one counter salesmen working on paperwork projects with a guy, but then helped a girl that came in much later than I did. Another sales guy spoke endlessly to a customer about laws and state regulations. This is a classic example of everything you DON'T do in retail sales. I walked out and ordered my items online, just like every retail store fears.
I contacted the store to inquire about purchasing a gun. The sales associate, Kendall, assisted me with looking at various guns (sent pictures to my phone) and provided me with the information that I needed to make a purchase. I ended up placing a deposit and was able to do all this without ever stepping foot into the store.
This morning I went into the store and met with a sales associate, Arlo. Arlo helped me to complete the process and provided me with additional information. I ended up purchasing some ammunition, a cleaning kit, and the gun.
The prices were fair in comparison to other firearm dealers. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, and helpful. For my first experience buying a firearm, I was happy with the service I received.

The service at this weapons store was outstanding! The staff were a great group of people and very friendly. The cashier and behind counter staff know all about their stuff and answer any questions that I had.

A very impressive $4 million building but much less stock than the closet size store up the street. They claim on their website they have 650 guns in stock....what a joke.

So I went to the shop two weeks ago. The sales associate was super friendly and knowledgeable of every firearm that I wanted to check out.
Then last week I went back for the purchase of my firearm and the same guy took my order. Told me that the process could take 30 or 40 minutes. No! Within 20 minutes I was on my way home with my firearm and ammo. Sorry I cant remember his name but he was awesome.

The atmosphere is pleasant and the the staff are willing to help without pressuring you to buy. I have gone there just to look and aquire about certain guns, and they helped me and gave me informative info. I have had help from every staff at Guns Inc more than once and all were great to work with. They have a wide selection of guns, gear, ammo, and accessories and their prices aren't bad either.
