S&W sent me in to get some gear and possibly a revolver. I was never acknowledged while in this store. There was one counter salesmen working on paperwork projects with a guy, but then helped a girl that came in much later than I did. Another sales guy spoke endlessly to a customer about laws and state regulations. This is a classic example of everything you DON'T do in retail sales. I walked out and ordered my items online, just like every retail store fears.
