These guys just tried to call me with the yes scam where they ask you a few questions to get a recording of your voice and try to use it to make new charges on your account, very shady, similar to the yellow pages scam

After waiting 30 minutes passed the rendezvous we called to know what was going on. They told us they had no clue where and why, but they would maybe come the next day... that s not very reliable and professional...

You might not see my name as a client, but I was sent by your client to prepare the shipment. Drove 6 hours (12 total) to be laughed at by you guys... btw when you reschedule your driver never came, pretending there were no loading docks when there were 8!!!! You are the worst transportation company I had to deal with in 13 years in the business!!!!
We don't do a large quantity of shipping but whenever we need something moved across country or cross border C&D always steps up and gives us the best rates! Their customer service from start to finish is impeccable and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Can't trust there quote, and in the end they add up dollars and charge back extra. Delay is big issues, so is materials handling and damages.

C&D logistics has been very good at moving freight for us at competitive rates.
My Shipment was separated at a sort facility, Customer only got 1 of 12 pieces, needed them asap so he drove to pick them up from the facility. Over a month later and I'm still trying to get part of the shipping reimbursed. Terrible customer service, no responsibility. Wait weeks between emails. All I hear are excuses and no real answers.
Update: 7 weeks later and I am one of the few customers to receive an actual $$$ refund, not a credit. Although it did take too long, I am happy with the Final Outcome and will continue to use C&D Logistics for shipping. UPDATE: We have opened another location in abbotsford BC. C&D has been able to give us the best possible rate for our shipments from edmonton to abbotsford. Saving alot of money, changing my review to 5 star. Havnt had any issues since the first one, and in their defense c&d had used a 3rd party company for the shipment that got screwed up so I cant entirely blame them.

This Team is the go-to Team when you need something moved! Big or small, red hot rush, or whatever lane is open, they will do all the heavy lifting for you and get your stuff where it needs to go. I've had the pleasure of working with them for years. Not only are they super fast, but once they pick up your project, you don't have to think about it again. They handle it from start to finish. I've had amazing success working with C&D on incredible 11th hour rush projects when no one else could help. An absolute incredible group of people.
As the Founder and Executive Director of a Canadian Charity, we have had the need to import goods from China and also ship out goods to USA and across Canada. I would be lost if it wasn't for the support and knowledge of the great staff at C&D Logistics.
With one phone call and sharing our needs, the C&D team takes over and does all the work.
