We ordered our windows and front door via a craftsman. We are at the 4th gate (each time there was a big flaw) who also rubs when
there is the sun. On 7 joinery, 5 have problems (seal cut, security broken, water jets do not hold ...) catastrophic sound insulation we heard less outside noises with our old wooden windows.vu the price we should have a quality definitely higher.

To flee ! Ordered joinery via Leroy Merlin, poor workmanship on poor workmanship! Pictorial glazing, blistered aluminum, closed window that does not hold, poor sealing ... We called on various experts but the company did not come or turned a deaf ear. No after-sales service worthy of the name. You are considered m .... Have been in dispute with them since 2015 !! it may well be of French manufacture, it is worth nothing. Please don't try the experience!

Hello, this is a business to be avoided, We received damaged joinery in September that cannot be used as it is. we asked for refund refused only proposal wait 6-8 weeks to have another carpentry. inconceivable for us that will put us too far behind. advice choose another manufacturer

since then, no instructions and saves to do myself without instructions.
no intervention on their part

Hello we are the 6 July 2018 and I just joined the service of CAIB (Julien) contact and the solution to my problem it is perfectly passed by email exchange with photo in the second it please! If all the SAV could take example life would be so much simpler !!! or rather so much more normal !!!
It is easy to sell and so difficult to ensure a service!
Many thanks to CAIB for the efficiency of its after - sales service.

Door ordered from Leroy Merlin in early July 2020, delivered in early November ...
The delivery guy didn't want to help me move it to a safe place and just put it in my yard.
Then unpacking what a surprise! This is not at all what I ordered as a door. The measurements are good, the color ok, but I had requested a solid aluminum door and I end up with a triple glazed door over the entire surface !!
The installation service (a local craftsman, very professional on the other hand) managed to convince me that I was doing a good deal so I keep my door but all the same it's appalling.
