After reading many negative reviews on various web sites
I chose to still move forward with a purchase on a property located only houses from my family s house
After signing contract, supposedly , Blaine was sending documents a local title company
And I was to leave my deposit for the house today at the tile company to move forward
Well now it appears that only 1 day from signing contract, Buttross properties has accepted someone else s offer , so I guess signing a contract isn t really legit as far as this company is concerned
Maybe this was the best thing that could have happened despite all the other problems this company has under many different names

Buyers beware
I am happy that I wasn t their next victim

An Absolute nightmare in the making, for any home buyer to choose Buttross Properties!
They are NEVER available to answer their phone, they never actually help or explain anything. I've never even seen a receipt for our homes closing costs.

The property values are extremely inflated... I am SUPPOSED to have been buying my home for the last 5 months now... but Buttross Properties can't even get my closing finished. The county assessment of my home is only 24k... as its been abandoned for 10 years. It was only a shell when I started the buying process. I was allowed to start fixing it because it will be my primary living residents... and after almost 20k of work... I still don't have it "up to code".

Buttross Properties only ad pics from 10 years ago... and wanted 60+k for a home not worth 25k... and STILL I've heard NOTHING from them... I WOULD NOT SUGGEST USING BUTTROSS PROPERTIES TO BUY A HOME..... THE HOMES ARE MONEY PITS!

Be very careful, here is a nest of thieves. david butros practices things outside the law, I do not recommend buying them here, nobody is very careful, with contracts, you're getting into a nest of thieves

Will have trustees go to the wrong courthouse to foreclose so investors can't bid. Then try and tie you up in court for a year. Basically they're classic crooks.

Wow! Talk about a one-stop-shop, Buttross Properties truly has everything, they offer houses for sale Owner Financed with only 10% down, insurance, cars, office space, I mean everything! I recommend you try these guys out. The owner has a book and he asks you to read it before you buy a home from him, it gives you neat tips and tools for a successful Real Estate transaction where both side get a fair end of the deal. The staff is all over the place, but they don't sacrifice costumer service. Great place, great people, and reasonable rates. Definitely an A plus!

We rented from Buttross now we re buying from here ! Aura and David are wonderful people

The worst experience ever. The previous people trashed the house. I put so much money in rehab the place. The water is Orange so we can t use it for anything. The staff is so unprofessional and liars. Run from this place if you can! You will go broke trying to fix the house. And the house that i had with them David Buttross brought for under $1,200 and trying to sell it to me for $67,000 . And it s in terrible condition. It s only worth $10,000.

Great company they help people with no credits and im really happy with the house i just got this january ,thank you mr blane ,david,ingra for making my dream a reality 5 stars from me
