During this Pandemic with so few places to go and not a lot to look forward to, Butlers Cafe in Conshaugh has been a little piece of heaven and the staff a ray of sunshine. As a big coffee lover, I have tried many but I have never been disappointed with a Butlers Coffee and the little chocolate is a tasty bonus. Their pastries are also fab but it is staff that make it - while professional, they are always friendly, funny and genuine, they know the regulars and always have a kind word. They know the regular orders and they make the best coffee around. Thanks guys!

Really enjoyed the Butlers Chocolate experience, brought two kids and a teenager and everyone enjoyed it. I loved the factory tour, found it very interesting walking over the walkways of the factory floor to see the makings of all my favorite chocolates. The Butlers staff are very hard working.
Our tour guide Sarah made the tour come to life. My kids highlight was all the different chocolates we got to taste a long the different parts of the tour and the chocolate decorating at the end.

I work close by so regularly go in for my coffee fix at lunch time. The staff are very friendly and the coffee rivals any of the large specialists. I haven't eaten in here but the selection of pastries and sandwiches is great and reasonably priced. I would recommend a visit.
