They stole my iPhone...
I dropped it off and paid $300 for a new screen to be installed. It s been almost a year and they refused to give it to a friend I had authorized to pick it up and won t take my calls.
Better business bureau has them on a not rated and potential scam list.
So I guess I m just out my iPhone?

iPad Pro December 4th was promised back to me
December 8th. He said he would call when ready. I waited until a week after he was supposed to have it done and he answered that he d been sick and it would be ready by the following week l waited for a call and nothing so I tried calling. He doesn t answer his phone and you can t leave a message. His shop
has been closed not due to lockdown as this was well beforehand. How do I get my iPad back it s been 6 weeks.

So happy I read the reviews on here and decided to bring my phone to Butlers for a screen replacement! I had a repair done a few months ago by a different shop that was closer to my home and although my phone got fixed by them, they seemed annoyed that I had walked through the door and never even made eye contact. Completely different experience at Butlers. Both gentlemen were friendly, professional and had a sense of humour. I felt comfortable there and they actually appeared to enjoy what they do which makes all the difference. Although they didn't have my screen in stock, it was ordered and once it was delivered to them, it was repaired right in front of me. Thankfully, tey also didn't do a factory reset so all my photos and files were still there. Such a great experience and feels good to know that I now have a courteous and reliable place to go next time I need a repair. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends!
I've gotta say this is the one and only repair store I'd recommend for anyone , there honest they have great fast service they seem to be very noligable and work well as a team to trouble shoot , also attempt to work more then one customer at a time if possible , yes you might notice it could probably use a maid in there but I believe what most see as a mess to these guys it's there organized chaos I've seen these guys find stuff that's buried as there co-worker yells which area and box the item is in when the clean freak with OCD looked for hrs before realizing something was right before there eyes all along lol , there very fare with cost and I've seen the owner himself stay late as it was a holiday and had plans but decided to make sure a customer had a phone for the long weekend ahead even though he was gonna be late for out of town company and dinner then gave that customer a very excellent price and to be honest I couldn't thank him enough for the amazing service he gave me that evening as his phone was ringing off the hook so yes I give this company owner and staff unfortunately only 5 stars when they deserve atleast keep up gd work guys
Love these guys. I have always had a great experience with every device and service that I have purchased from them..... and I am frugal and picky! You may have to wait a bit but that is because they are popular, and they try to address several customers at one time. If for some reason something doesn't work out, they will do their best to remedy the situtation.

I have been going to Gary for 15 plus years! Today his associate came to my rescue and i couldnt be more greatful! Fast 1 hour service, great price, and even better extras for my newly fixed phone!
