If you want an absolutely impeccable dining experience in Philadelphia, you can do no wrong choosing Butcher & Singer. Our experience was fantastic from entrance to exit. Our server was one of the most Charming, attentive waiters I've ever experienced at a fine dining restaurant. His knowledge of the menu and his enthusiasm for their food was evident from moment one. I enjoyed one of the best ribeye steaks of my life and our table was absolutely covered in side dishes and desserts. One of the highlights of the evening was explaining my peculiar taste bud challenges when it comes to mixed drinks. Our server said he would surprise me and find something I would absolutely love, and he created a brand new cocktail that was one of the most delicious, fruity cocktails I've ever experienced.

I cannot recommend this restaurant more. Bellaire, you are paying for a fine dining experience so for two people you should not expect your check to be less than three digits. That said, it was worth every penny.

Came for a birthday dinner. Drew our server was amazing. Food was great, dessert was good, but the service was the best, along with their awesome service. Drew made my experience!!!

The service and drinks are amazing in this really picturesque restaurant. The crab cakes were great. Steak (surf and turf) was exceptional. The chicken however was very overcooked.

The BEST. There is no restaurant like this. It's not just a place to eat, it is a well executed experience start to finish. Whether it's the multi staffed approach to piece by piece service to wrapping up with picture worthy Baked Alaska, get a booth and stay for hours. You will never experience anything like Butcher and Singer.

We had reservations early on a Thursday night. We got the steak tartare, half wedge salad, half butcher salad, porterhouse for two, 18 ounce Delmonico, stuffed hash browns, singer fries, bacon Mac and cheese. And the creme brulee for desert. Everything was done to expectations except the Delmonico was a little under cooked. It was still delicious just the fat was a little hard. Definitely worth a trip.

Wonderful food and great atmosphere. Took many of the recommendations from the staff and had a lovely meal (get the porterhouse Pittsburgh style). Would definitely recommend to anyone with a reason to celebrate.

Awesome food and bar offerings,professional waitstaff

My husband and I went for lunch today for the first time at this restaurant, I had the king salmon and he had the Delmonico steak, everything was delicious and we had such a great time. Our server Lindsey and the manager Stephanie were so friendly and gracious, couldn t have been nicer. When we go back, and we will be back, we ll ask for for the same server knowing it will be the best experience again. Ike and Tina

Excellent steak place if you are in Philly area. I d go bank in a heartbeat.
