What a great ride! Errell was our wonderful driver, who took 11 family members to Angel Stadium in Anaheim California for a family birthday celebration there. Its usually a long unpleasant drive so I decided to spend the money and treat the family to transportation to and from. It was a brilliant idea! We had a great fun ride and arrived stress free and ready to continue the party there.

Great experience!! Booking the minibus was super easy! We booked it for a roundtrip group outing to lunch totaling about 3 hours and the price was comparable to two separate Uber reservations for 2 cars. Roberta was awesome and on time for pick ups and drop off. We'll totally use the service again.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. First Buster forgot to pick up at one of the hotels so it was Buster's fault that my wedding starting 30 minutes later than it was supposed to. Then Buster was late for the pick up at the end of the night by 30/45 minutes which then caused their second pick up to be an hour behind schedule and charged me for the OT. Then after demanding the OT, even though it was their fault that we were now 2 hours over the original end time. Buster then demanded a cash payment for the OT, SO SKETCHY!!! We said we would pay the OT the next day/they could charge the card we had on file right away (since it was 2am in the morning!!!) Buster then called our bus driver and made him pull over until we gave them cash, that's right Buster held myself and 50 and my guests hostage on the side of the road at 2am in the morning after my wedding demanding cash. If you are even thinking about booking them for your wedding DO NOT unless you want the worst experience of your life. JUST DO NOT BOOK THEM FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT BAD SERVICE!!

We had a fantastic trip working with Buster. The 30 passenger bus was well maintained, comfortable, and safe. Our driver, Randy, was cordial, professional, responsive, and helpful. He clarified our timeline, made adjustments as needed, arrived in schedule and did it all with a smile.

Booked a shuttle bus via Buster and they exceeded my expectations! Brian @ Buster went the extra mile to call personally when I had a ADA concern. Five stars.

Rented a simple school bus for a local trip. Pricing was within range. Request and confirmation was EASY!! Our driver was very accommodating and got us to and from our venue with ease.

Booked them for our wedding in Hudson Valley with multiple hotels and pick-up/return times, and it was easy and affordable and went very smoothly on the day!

I booked a luxury van to make 3 stops for my wedding day. The driver was excellent. He arrived early, waited for us to leave and allowed us to make a edit to the itinerary for the evening. They are extremely professional and I would definitely book again in the future.
