Great at getting contracts in place and very efficient with the paperwork, BUT when it comes to actually getting the handsets, they over promise and seriously under deliver. Having been promised delivery 2 weeks ago, my calls and emails are being completely ignored and I still do not have the handset.
Terrible Customer Service This company added an extra Mobile account to my existing service after promising to upgrade me.. Since then they avoid my calls and although admiting the error have failed to resolve anything. When i do speak to the agent i get alot of gas and no action..
If I could give less than one star I would! These guys are an absolute JOKE! I have moved over all of our company mobile phone contracts to these guys, we have around 60 contracts with them for the last 3 and a half years , with a few serious delays and lack of follow-up. But the last straw that broke the camel's back was: the last number that we were trying to port over from our last supplier to BusinessMobiles with EE. I provided very clear instructions to our BusinessMobiles account manager Jay Lahli to port over the "X" number (pac code provided) to the existing not used "Z" number so that we do not have to take up an extra line (email sent on the 24th of Jan'20). Jay confirmed receipt of my email and emailed his porting team. It looked like he sent wrong instructions so I tried calling & emailing him, when he finally replied not to worry its all going to be fine and to ignore the number that will be contained in the confirmation email from the porting team. He assured me that the porting will take place once I let him know we received and inserted the new sim in the handset. I informed Jay the sim was ready porting over the number, he told me on the 28th of Jan that it will take about 24 hr to start working & that we should keep restarting the handset. The person who s number was being ported over is the Director of Client services, having her mobile is very important to our business, however the following day on the 30th of January another colleague approaches me to tell me that his phone has stopped working & at the same moment I overheard the Director of Client services mention that her phone has started working, but its not her number. What BusinessMobile have done was, paste one of my colleagues numbers onto the Director of Client services new sim and lost the actual number that they were meant to port over! I called Jay, account manager but he ignored all calls and emails until finally he replied to say: "Hi Carina, I have not been able to make it into the office today I had been told this morning however this had been sorted out. Please give me 20 mins, I will call back into the office to see what he hold up is and call you right back" - received on Thursday, 30th of Jan at 15:52. After this email Jay was abducted by aliens, as to this day I have yet to hear back from him or anyone else from this lovely company. Since then I have wasted 3 days every week calling the general number and asking to be assigned a new account manager and to speak to their director or manager and was promised on the 4th of February by Amina Bessaih, Customer Service Agent that someone will contact me tomorrow being the 5th of Feb. Surprise Surprise no one called or emailed or tried to contact me in any way, however Amina Bessaih, Customer Service Agent did keep her word and added me as an authorised person to our EE account and she told me that it would be best if I contact EE myself and sort out the porting problem. I do not want to bore you, but calling EE over the course of 10 days, I finally managed to sort out the issue with porting and get both of my colleague's their numbers back with no help from BusinessMobiles! On the 17th of February, I reached out on the BusinessMobiles general number once again and talked to Lauren Monaghan, Customer Service Agent who has asked me to write out the whole issue once again and email it to the customer services email and someone from their team will contact me within 24 hours. Wild guess... did they reach out within 24 hours....NO! last week on Wednesday, 19th of Feb I called again and talked to Amina Bessaih, Customer Service Agent and she as very apologetic and promised that someone will call me back and we are now on Monday 24th of February a whole Month since this issue has started and there has been no interest from BusinessMobiles to contact me to resolve anything. I have needed to order a few more new lines for some new staff we have in the company and I did say thing to both Amina & Lauren, Customer Service Agent, but now I will be looking elsewhere! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
My company and I have had a business phone contract with Business Mobils for a few years now however I tried to contact them on the 29th May as we needed a replacement for a broken handset....It is now the 22nd June and I still cannot contact anyone even though their website states that they are operational. I have emailed, used the contact us, left voicemails and every other possible way and a month later not a single reponse from anyone
