Very nice place. First time there, celebrated birthday, and was impressed with food , drinks, atmosphere. It was $5 Martini night so took advantage of that. Will definitely go back.

Alex Yogi is an amazing bartender/server. He is very kind, personable and friendly! We had a very nice time chatting with him during dinner.

Parking lot was kind of crowded. Service was good but the food I ordered was not that great. Drinks are a little on the pricey side. The atmosphere was nice but noisy. Maybe it was a shift change or something but our server changed 3 times.

Great food ,great drinks ,great service, wonderful experience!!!!!!!! What more could you ask for ???

I've been meaning to come here for AWHILE and it was worth it!

They have spacious outdoor dining and that was my biggest criteria for a restaurant during this COVID craziness. All the staff is respectful and wears masks and they had heaters outside for outdoor diners once it got cool.

Our waitress Katherine was great and there to help us. The general tso cauliflower appetizer is great but a bit overpriced at $13-$14. I would recommend skipping this if you're on a somewhat tight budget.

My partner had the taco bowl, and I the general tso's bowl. Both were flavorful, and good portions (unlike other restaurants at this point, so definitely a big plus).

I'd recommend and will come back for special occasions.

Great food, amazing service. Very conscious of all allergies and even the made up ones, like Gluten. Decent price, great drink selections. All and all one of the best places I've been in Northern VA.

The short rib grilled cheese is outstanding. A great place to stop for tasty comfort food. Gluten free menus are available as well. The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.

Amazing place to eat, especially if you have special dietary needs! The care they took with my dietary restrictions is the best I've experienced. And the food was absolutely delicious!. I love the open kitchen!

Just a classic Manhattan at the bar, but Eric did it up right. Clean restaurant and bar. Great service. I'll be back for dinner another day.

Good tasting food, somewhat expensive but great atmosphere

I am giving this a 4 start but only because I didn't eat a meal there. Had appetizers and drinks at happy hour and they were all very good. The ambiance there is also fantastic.

Try the classic burger, its really good. The rosemary fries are pretty good too. As far as decor, it doesn't stray far from the upscale bar formula, but the staff are friendly and the food is good.

ordered for curbside pickup. burger and haddock. i arrive 20 minutes later. young lady comes out to confirm my order then tells me it'll be few minutes. then comes out again to offer me a beverage and that it should be a few minutes again. i respectfully decline, thinking they're busy and probably just now getting the food on the grill. 20 minutes later i call back to the restaurant now dealing with someone else completely and thinking my order is something completely different, then told it will be a few more minutes......got my food after an hour. Fish was very cold. there was apparently mix up in names. they took my phone number! why not verify by phone number?!!? and even then, they could've cooked my meal 3 times over from the time i ordered. worst part was leaving my car to fetch my food walking in to the restaurant and seeing it was completely dead and three staff members just chatting it up at the front.

I love the food here. I just had a bad experience and it happens. I will be back but i am very salty from being told my food wood be ready in 20 when it really ended up being 60. no explanation given until the 60 minute mark. and then was given cold fish. no bueno

Up until last visit this place was just fine. On our last visit, however, we made a reservation and had request to be in a particular server's section. When we arrived, we were told we could not be seated in that server's section. Very disappointing. AND the server we got made, in my estimatation, a serious error. When were ready to pay, we presented our rewards card, but the server did not pick it up until AFTER he had brought our bill. Turns out, we had reached the level to receive av$25 discount. This necessitated the server needing to rerun the bill, wasting time, and my patience.

Great food and super allergy friendly! Really loved the scallop risotto!

My wife and I frequent Burton's in sterling. The food is great and the staff is friendly. It's our go to Friday night.

First and foremost, the service is awesome here. Everyone is so kind and helpful! Our second time back was great. The food was delicious and the atmosphere is awesome. I will definitely be returning.

Good variety of food in bowls. Tried many dishes and all have a great taste and differ to each other. One of the few places where the air condition setting doesn't freeze you while you eat there. Nice outside seating.

Lovely restaurant with great patio seating. If you have kids there is a space for them to run around and play. Astroturf section with a corn hole set and wooden blocks etc. Food was good. Nice selection of drinks. Service was great.

The food was ok. I ordered the dinner portion of a pasta dish, the portion came out super small. And for the price it really wasn't worth the cost. The pasta wasn't fully cooked and my friend had the same issue. The setting is beautiful. I just think it's unnecessarily overly priced. Desert was just ok as well

Maxx Burger was meh. A little too oily and soggy and just an okay flavor. Nice atmosphere and great staff but food was slightly disappointing considering the prices. Buffalo Chicken app was awesome though. I'll go back just to try again but maybe only for special occasions.

Pretty expensive but good food and great staff. Highly recommended for people who have any food allergies.

We visited recently over the Christmas holiday. We received great service and the food was very delicious. It's a touch on the expensive end for what it was, but still worth it. Good atmosphere makes this a great place to visit.

Very good steak and seafood. They cater to allergy sufferers; great place to go if you're worried about gluten, nuts etc. Decent selection of draft beer, and the location has outdoor seating

Burton's is great . The wife and I go the all the time. They are very good about asking for food allergies. They also just have great food. Pricey so we can't go everyday but we wish we could.

Good place - I'm honestly surprised it's a chain given how much pride they seemed to take in their menu offerings.
I'm impressed with their numerous dietary options, despite not needing them myself. Paleo, gluten-free, vegetarian, etc. It did make me laugh to see that their standard menu is just called "food".

Food was good but service was bad. This was our 3rd time at burtons. 2nd time we received pork chops completely pink. Service extremely slow. Disappointed!

Amazing food that's made to order with an awesome staff in a gorgeous setting! They cater to their patrons food allergies and even have a gluten sensitive and paleo menu. Definitely enjoyed our visit! Just a tad pricey but worth it!

Food is very good. A little noisey. Service is GREAT. They are there when you need them and not when they are not needed. Glasses filled all needed.

First time here and everything about my experience was excellent! There was a wait for a table so we opted for a seat at the bar, we waited for a few minutes and a couple left and we sat right down. As soon as Stephanie saw us she immediately came over and cleaned up the area, and when I say cleaned up I mean sanitized the bar top and not with a nasty bar rag. Once she set us up we placed our drink order, I had the Mai Tai which was nothing short of awesome! We ordered the haddock and an Angus burger both were served with fresh cut fries. The food was fresh and delicious. There were four young ladies behind the bar and let me tell you I haven't had such great service in a very long time. These girls work the bar as a team and you never have time to even think that you may need something because they are right there to help you at any point. Excellent food, great atmosphere and awesome service I highly recommend you give Burton's a try!!

Great place with good decor and a solid menu. Chef's specials are always interesting. They strive to make sure that allergies and gluten tolerance is addressed at every seating. Good if that is an issue for you. The Maple Sriracha Wings are a great appetizer, and the short rib grilled cheese is a crowd pleaser.

Decent food and an adequate if small beer selection. Very crowded and noisy.

The atmosphere is very chic, finding the front door was a bit of a hunt as you can only park on the back and side of the building. I went for lunch and it filled up rather quickly. The 3 stars are due to the wait, wait for water, wait to order, wait food arrival, wait for the waiters, wait for the bill. It seemed to take a very long time for everything. I went during the work week, so I didn't plan for the 2 and a half hours it took for this experience.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END! Our hostess, Vita seated us at the bar for cocktails and we ended up having dinner at the bar. Our server, Eric was fantastic! The food was perfect, only to be outdone by the Supreme SERVICE! This comes from a retired US MARINE and a retail store manager!

And the service continues to be impeccable! ...Isay this not just about the service we received; but what I have have observed how other patrons have been treated as well.

Always enjoy coming here! They are very amenable to allergies making sure your meal is seperate and even denoting it by a different shaped plate. Favorite is the Chicken Risotto! Quite and modern atmosphere. They have a special menu with a rotating list of specials, definitely try and order one of those because they are often hidden greats like the Mac n Cheese meatball in the picture. It's the size of a softball.

A lot of options for those with food allergies. Great tasting foods. Excellent options for kids. Good drink menu with some daily deals.
