Excellent bar, grill and restaurant serving American food with fresh ingredients. Bonus: Gluten Free items, many which are made onsite! A wee bit pricey, but worth it for the attention to details.
Good food, good service
Bad hosts, we were not treated fairly not sure why people came after us and were seated before us. I was a minute away from leaving the restaurant, however, i was glad i did not when the waiter who was kind served us well and professionally.
I suggest making reservations before going
Nice location. Clean restaurant. Nice decor. Love that they have a paleo menu option.
However, their paleo plates could have a bit more flavor. I thought it was a bit bland for the price.
I'd do it again if we were going out to eat w friends who aren't paleo and we needed an option. Otherwise it's not a place I'd go regularly because of the price.
But definitely thankful for trying to accommodate paleo options.

This is a great place for dinner or apps, especially if you have food allergies or restrictions.
I am giving them 4 stars because the bartenders are not the most consistent. One night you get chips, then the next you don't. One night my GF wanted another drink but they never asked or were around long enough to ask. This was mid-week and not at all busy.
We had a order of wings in that were gluten free and only one sauce for an app. It came out split in 2 sauces, the manager fixed it immediately.
Went back this past weekend and the bartenders are horrible. How do you not check on all your patrons if they need another drink. Two times they walked to the people next to us and never asked if we needed anything. Even trying to flag them down wasn't possible..
Have eaten here on a date and also as part of a large party. Both experiences were good and would recommend this place to anyone. But, there menu does need some additional options for those who are gluten free or have other food allergies. Out of the 16 people we had in our large party two had sides of green beans that were still raw. The service was great and I was impressed with how they handled our party.
Have had very good dining experiences here. The food is great, beer selection good. Good place for a more classy dinner or just a casual get together. Our servers have always been attentive and prompt.
My husband and I love this place. It s our favorite date night spot. We practically order the same items every time. It s just so good. We always start with the general tso s cauliflower, I get the fish sandwich and my hubby gets the short rib grilled cheese or some other steak entrees. I love fish and always opt for it any time I go out and this fish sandwich is by far the most delicious and well cooked! Fried but not greasy and the pickled onions are so tasty and make the sandwich go to another level. Hubby and I always are excited for the grand finale... their key lime pie. The most delicious key lime pie I ve tasted in my entire life. I usually don t like key lime as a dessert and rarely ever got it before coming here. The level of tartness of the key lime with their generous crust is so satisfying. It s large and we always share. We love this place so much that when we moved out to Stephenson, we are willing to drive an hour for the food. Thank you to Burton s for consistently providing fresh and delicious food. Whatever the chefs are doing, it s amazing and I hope they never stop.
Great food but pricey! The steaks were tasty but a couple of the steaks were not prepared as described.

Food, atmosphere, and service was excellent. Portion sizes are perfect, and I recommend the crab cakes if possible!
Great place. Love the food. Josh, our server, was the best. Had great suggestions with the food, as my wife and I has some food allergies. No worries...josh was patient, did not have us wait too long and wasnt all over us either.
General Tsai cauliflower is a must!

Our very favorite place to eat. Love the careful attention they pay to allergies and dietary restrictions. The food is always outstanding and service is friendly and responsive. Can't get enough of the Maxx Burger, Blueberry Lemon Squeeze, and General Tso's Cauliflower. Specials menu is constantly changing and always full of great options.
