Burswood Entertainment Complex Review

Taken back by its beauty, so much fun and never ending amount of things to do, I will have to revisit at any given opportunity

Went to Crown Towers for Epicurean. Buffet was worth it for the price on a weekday.

Lunch at Carves at $16.95 was well worth the money.

Had dinner buffet at Atrium. Not as nice as last time.

A lovely high tea experience at the Lobby Lounge. Beautiful and delicious food. I highly recommend this.

Really enjoy every experience we have here. My wife and I have many wonderful memories at crown :)

Stayed at Crown Towers Perth for three nights in a studio corner room as well as having access to their Crystal Club. The hotel is meant to be a six star hotel and we would definitely give it a 6 stars. The crystal club access gives you full access to private/personal checkin/out, daily breakfast, afternoon tea and afternoon drinks. The food and the drinks were absolutely delicious I had the best siu mai here (which normally not a fan of). all the staff were wonderful and made genuine effort to make sure we had the best stay. We had the best view to Perth City, the stadium as well as the Crown complex. Best stay in Perth and worth every cent.

Started with a good night having a bunch of drinks at the Casino....decided to have a seat on one of the slot machine for a little bit and stood up not realising the seat was WET in the first place ( who would have thought!!) The second i stood up i felt my dress was damp! Checked it out and found out I SAT ON A CHAIR THAT SOMEONE PISSED ON!!!! Its utterly revolting having to end the night like that! CROWN PERTH IS meant to be one of 5 star hotel/casino in Perth!!! It is not on!! My partner ended up taking me back to the hotel and leaving the Casino right away because of that disgusting situation after spending a ton of money in there and leaving disgusted because of the experience i had to go through! For somebody whos worked in 5 star hotel/casino before thats NOT tolerated!!!!!!!!!!!! and yee shouldnt be serving drinks to people who are completely wasted, other people like us are hassled because of it and its horrendous!! Luckily we were only staying in the city, imagine the hassle wed have to go through if we werent! The stench and the utter distasteful experience is just NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

Average. Had a meal that again was average and I don't have a distinguished palette. A 'been there done that'.

Another stay at the Metropol - 1st room was a bit disappointing with stains I the carpet, but staff were accommodating and changed rooms straight away. 2nd room was up to the usual standard, clean, spacious and comfortable. Once again, what I love most about the Metropol is the ample Powerpoints all all over the room and on either side of the bed.

Excellent food and excellent service, great atmosphere and interesting set up with the open kitchen.

We had a wonderful day with the spa package . The steam area is opulent and spacious the massages were lovely and the food at the epicurean was a delight

Not getting kicked out for doing nothing wrong is a bonus. Pretty boring on week nights.

Awsome, but for the amount you pay you would think they'd give ya more than 2 little bottles of water.

Great Hotel, with many wonderful facilities. Great for the family.

Not bad but usually Casinos have a certain dress and conduct policy. It's the first time I've seen a Crown that lets basically everyone one in regardless (which you'd think is a positive thing) but it did give it 'seedy club vibe'.

Very impressed with facilities. Lobby bar closes early and outside pool a little cool, but enjoyed the stay, kids loved the water slide

Watching sport on the huge screens in the sports bar was awesome.

We are currently staying at the Crown Perth for the Easter long weekend. Its is OUTSTANDING!!
The staff are beyond helpful and the facilities are AMAZING!!!
We are looking forward to our coming days and enjoying all that the Crown has to offer, brilliant.

The theatre is excellent for shows like alladin... not a bad seat in the house

Went to the casino. There were lots of old people gambling away their pensions. Had lunch at Carvers. It was satisfactory. Played about $5 worth of casino games. Won a whole lot of not very much. I'm not sure if the casino is for me. Nice facilities, though. Felt very much like a Bond movie.

It's the best way to share with you family and friends. Thanks for sharing your add

This is the first time I've been to the casino sober and the first time I've had an idea of what I what I was doing. I spent $15 and walked out with $165. That's after some wins and losses. Great staff, they were so helpful. Thanks for a kick arse start to a holiday!

It is a bit too cold inside and they seems not to care much about it

Went to the merrywell. Generally a pretty average experience. Average food and service but for a high price.

Crown towers was one of the best hotel i have stayed at, the service was exceptional and the location was ideal.

Went for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity and value. Well worth the visit

Courteous, n fast service ; helpful, too. There's something for everybody.

No drinks on the dancefloor and no barefoot dancing? They should pick one, not both, otherwise nobody dances.

Had dinner at Epicurean restaurant. Fantastic food quality. Highly recommended for carnivores and chocovores.

Very nice as always, beds are comfy as hell!!! Buffet breakfast that is provided with some rooms is very satisfying. 4 star because the cost is rather high for a casino

This is a pretty fancy place with a capital F, the food was top notch.

Attended carvers restaurant and had the buffet. No children are allowed due to the casino, so our group was split up. Food was okay not a great selection of desserts and sides.

Working there myself it's always a great place to head out

Always great. Got be weary of no sperate billing though at some of the restaurants which is a pain for any size groups.

Great service .. superb meals at NOBO .. and take your own drinks to the rooms .. the in room bar drinks are bloody expensive..

Everything else was excellent except for the super slow wifi.

High Tea at Lobby Lounge excellent.Best food I've ever had at at a High Tea.

Spent the night out with the girls at the casino. Apart from the occasional interruption by drunk men, it was a fun and pleasant evening.
