Just a great place to visit and enjoy a great meal

Pool room day pass and was a beautiful day. The attendant could have been more knowledgeable and confident on the menu and drinks and attained a sense of urgency. The food was lovely but empty plastic daiquiri cups just made the pool area look messy. Music was nice and appropriate.

Went for a meal. That was great. It was ok if you like pokies.

I don't really enjoy the Casino to any great extent. I find it to be quite a boring way to spend an evening. It lacks class for a supposedly world class venue. The only positive thing is the availing of parking and the views towards the city.

Never go to this place if you have any form of physical impairment / prostetic that makes you look like you are having trouble walking (even on the way in at 5pm ) ... the security at this venue are quick to judge and are not interested in your circumstances. Must have some of the most disrespectful and undertrained security on the planet.... of I could give less than 1 star i would.

Have stayed in good hotels and motels around perth. by far the best hotel. great rooms, very clean, attention to details, very friendly staff. the best is the most comfortable bed.... very happy

Just a small thing but can b big for others, when u park undercover area no matter you stay 5min or all day you pay the same. .not fair

Amazing service and facilities for a weekend conference. Food was fantastic.

I take my Mother for a roast dinner every Sunday at Carvers restraunt. We have a great feed and give our dinner 4.5 stars.Mother likes to have a little flutter after dinner. I give 2 stars as there are only 2 keno machines she likes and she has to be lucky to get 1 as they are very popular with the lovely Mature Ladys of this society. The third star because we have a great chat with the ladys waiting for the machine.

I attended Melbourne Cup at Crown Grand Ballroom in 2011 for the garden soiree and it was much better and cheaper!
This years, was outrageously expensive, and there was nothing to show for it.

Over priced, food was tasteless and bland, service was poor, no effort went into presentation of the ballroom, no little gift bags under the seats like previous years, seemed like they had cut back on their budget, yet still charged an outrageous price for tickets.
Very disappointing, and will not be doing it again.

Very difficult to get drinks to the table, staff constantly looked unhappy

Crown Perth always delivers a great experience. Here you can find everything under the sun. Great entertainment, amazing food and fantastic service. Furthermore stunning views over the Swan River and the city of Perth. A place not to be missed when in Perth. We will be returning shortly.

Staff were great, rooms view was poor however sometimes you get that, facilities were impeccable

I have stayed at Crown Casino many times and have really enjoyed myself. This stay was very different we budgeted for the room and bond only to find out the bond has gone up from $100 a room per night to $500. With the cost of the room and bond it doesn t leave you very much money if you only have $1000 daily withdraw limit to gamble and enjoy yourself (between 2 people) and to be informed it may take 3-5 days for your money to be returned by the bank. We are now sitting in our room watching tv. So much for having a special night out. I wish we were told when we booked over the phone as we could have planned things a bit better. Very very Upset and disappointed.

First time in a casino. I put everything on red and won so I was pretty pumped. After that my friend got kicked out though for having ripped jeans on. Would be understandable if there weren t people sitting on a poker table with sweatpants who wouldn t get kicked out. Besides that great casino with good staff. And I went out winning a lot.

wonderful customer service, lovely room and view, one of the nicest views in Perth. Was not disappointed in the slightest with the short time we were there. Great for weekend getaways and holidays. Nothing could top the kindness and attentiveness of the staff and I'm impressed.

Was the worst hotel service I ve ever experienced. Was my friends birthday and our room was downgraded due to our age - despite being adults & very condescending conversations with staff in the crystal club and the manager. Ruined the entire experience for every one of us and really put me off spending hard earned money at this place. Won t be returning or recommending to anyone

Visited the sports bar. A great venue to catch up with friends and to watch a game of footy if its on

Free WiFi for 3 month, if you have a crown member card. Didn't know this before. Without the card you get 3 hours WiFi.

Staff were incredibly friendly and organized, food was also pretty good

We made a booking at Epicurean for the 6pm sitting only to discover the buffet actually opens at 5.30pm and closes at 7.30pm. This isn't mentioned on the website. 1.5 hours really isn't much time to enjoy the buffet and still relax/have a good time. Probably fine for parents with kids who don't wanna stick around too long? We decided to eat elsewhere and will be returning for an 8pm sitting instead.

Atrium food is good but the desert bar is a little underwhelming. Love the dim sum and BBQ pork section!
