very nice people work there and everything was done right i got 3 windows fixed. it took like a week and a half to get them back but considering how busy they are and the quality they put into everything I would never go anywhere else. I've also seen there work in homes as well and everything is the highest quality, and beautiful.
My contractor suggested Burlington Glass and I'm so glad he did. The customer service has been phenomenal. I ordered several framed mirrors for my home and they look great! BONUS they have a super cute showroom with seasonal decor items.
Had window replaced on our house. They did a good job, BUT they did not watch when they replaced it. See Pictures of our Hosta Plant. It was a nice plant but not now. I will have to replace it. I think they could have been more careful. It was like they didn't look.

no masks; no effort to protect their customers; no understanding on how we all are in this together. "I have a mask on my desk" is not how this works. Fixing a broken storm window took over 2 weeks, and never received a call it was done, after multiple assurances they would. And overwhelming potpourri smell.

LIFE SAVERS!! Had a well known bath business re-do our shower from a tub to a walk-in.After numerous unsuccessful tries to cut a piece of glass to follow our roof line and install the shower door,I called Mark.He provided a detail estimate and was very confident they could handle the roof line.Jim,the installer,was out yesterday to install the shower door.WOW !!
