Burlington Automotive is the only place I use, I have them work on my Dodge, BMW and Range Rover. This Team is hands down the most professional and knowledgeable team around. Their pick up and drop off services is one of many that set them apart from the field .I just had my BMW 335xi in for oil pan gasket, walnut blasting on my valves and tie rods. The work involved is this is no joke! Sub-frame removal transfer case, drive axles, manifold and much more. The way they treated myself and my car during this process can not be put into words. My service adviser is Luis and the technicians name is Ruben, they went above and beyond to make sure my car was reassembled and cleaned to factory spec. Family business and locally owned.. Thanks for everything.

Burlington Automotive is one of those businesses that you wish all businesses were like. They have incredible customer service, are professional, great communication and their automotive expertise has been phenomenal. I originally brought my retired mail truck to them for servicing which most places either wouldn't work on or caused more harm than good. Burlington was upfront with what they could do and completely rebuilt much of the car. Their workmanship has allowed me to finally use the vehicle for my business safely and without worry. We have since moved our other car maintenance to them and have referred them to many friends and colleagues. I can't say enough about their service and professionalism in all areas.

The guys at Burlington Automotive are wonderful. They do a great job of communicating any needed repairs and the repairs in order of importance, plus their prices are very reasonable. If repairs take a couple days, they always provide me with a loaner car while my car is being repaired. I will continue to recommend Burlington Automotive because of their great service!!

Had a great service experience. I felt these people were on the ball and really knew what they were doing. Even enjoying it. From the beginning, getting a price quote, through to the final bill I felt I was treated fairly by a very competent staff.

The best shop around. These guys consistently go above and beyond my expectations. I've been doing business with them for a few years now and I have no complaints. I was going to make a pros and cons list but I can't come up with any drawbacks.

Originally took my problem to a are very highly rated shop in Anacortes that was a waste of time and money. I know their services are pricey without a doubt. But what matters to me the most is honesty and good work. They listen to my problem and did the best with to prove me the issue. The person I dealt with was very knowledgeable and was able to prove to me what I already knew about the issue and more. As a customer the most important thing on my book is honestly someone you can trust. My previous experience was a waste of time and money.

I will come back again because they are honest and professional at what they do.
