Pretty cool store decent staff, although in comparison to other Bunnings stores quite small but by all means very handy location
For a small bunnings it def has everything i needed....
Handy little Bunnings.
Won't have everything the bigger stores stock, but still in a very handy location.
Horrible customer service, when asked for help, got told "goodluck, to busy to help." Asked again and got told the same.
Very good customer service. Recd assistance to pick products and load into car
Appreciate as heart bypass patient.
This Bunnings Store is so frustrating to visit. There is limited stock and shelf space. So many of their products do not have price tags on display, I am forced to search for the prices of products on the Bunnings website with my smart phone. The plumbing pipe saddles are sold in multi packs instead of individual pieces like other Bunnings stores. There is also only a handful of parking bays in the parking lot.
The only good thing about this Bunnings store is the staff. They are always helpful and polite.
In my opinion the East Victoria Park Bunnings Store should be bulldozed and replaced with a restaurant of coffee shop, because as a hardware store this place is useless.
This is a small format Bunnings that is difficult to get a car park, and easy to get blocked in. If you like the old small hardware shops, come here, if you want the Bunnings experience, don't.
Not your usual Bunnings, more like a Mitre 10 repainted to look like Bunnings. Don't expect a Bunnings carpark either. Very limited spaces, and the plant trolleys out front and in the entry are all the garden centre they have. But a well stocked hardware store none the less, and decent prices. Just avoid on a Saturday morning. Cannot comment on the quality of the sausage sizzle.
Limited selection but it's not bad if you just want to pickup something generic. Don't bother trying to park next to it, you won't find a spot, park at Aldi or the lot behind Supercheap Auto.
I had a wonderful shopping experience, Liam helped me to sort out the issues of the Butane fillers, and arranged an exchange of items for a new gas lighter. He saved my day!
a touch small. limited range but should have what you need. head out to carousel for a bigger bunnings
Front counter staff not friendly but techinical staff are very helpful
Staff were very helpful and can't be complemented enough. I wish this store was a bit bigger. Sometimes the range is so small they run low. Parking is terrible, especially now they have closed access to the parking across the road. We need a bigger bunnings in our area.
its pretty small and not stocked very well. but the staff working here are very friendly and helpful
No sausage sizzle this Saturday. Left hungry and very disappointed
Small assortment compared to other Bunnings with extremely small car park, difficult to manoeuvre, but customers service good as usual!
I enjoyed looking around, but limited to the variety of plants, as there is no outdoor section
All Verity tools electricals plumbing gardoning ducting lamps etc... All workmanship tools materials.price low to moderate.location right on the side of road next to signal.
Not a big store, but in a handy location. Doggies are allowed which is great.
Good selection, friendly staff. Customers are terrible at parking.
Greatest Bunnings ever.... A guy calledJake works there, he is the greatest guy ever....best customer service hands down!
All hardware materials and instruments are available very good for gardening items,Tobe utilised with utmost satisfaction in Melbourne.
An interesting experiment from Bunnings. This is not a "warehouse". It's in fact quite small - perhaps only 20% of the area you would typically expect of a Bunnings. However it's integrated into the local shopping centre and serves to give local customers a reasonable range of Bunnings products. I'm wondering if it'll work out in the long term because it's quite different. Not much parking.
It s small binning and they don t have everything in their stock and the product in store are very limited and there is absolutely no one is there of the customer service to help you in your need.the only thing they just recently did an extended another store cross of the old store and selling the out doors in there and the new store just open until 5 pm.
Has a limited selection compared to other Bunnings but decent use of the space they have
Always a good stop. Love pottering to see whats new.
Messy, cluttered and just not the same as Belmont, don't know why they opened up this one. Oh and good luck with parking
Parking is a terrible nightmare here unfortunately.
Otherwise, it's a typical Bunnings experience. Physically smaller site so it doesn't have as extensive a range of products as a warehouse outlet i.e. no garden/plants section or wood/building material section either.
Good local hardware store.
Has most everything we need, and open until 8 every night...love it.
Spacious store size, well presented, knowledgeable and genuine staff. Has most products @ good prices!
Since expanding both inside and the carpark it is much better
Didnt have the part i was looking for but happy to help out and call other stores
A smaller Bunnings than a full warehouse, but has a reasonable selection and works to just grab that one thing you're missing right now. Standard mix of helpful and unhelpful staff, but generally pretty good
It's a small Bunnings but has all the essentials, and good staff. Tiny car park so I park at the Aldi across the road.
Mainly for tradesmen, haven't the variety of other bunnings
Worst Bunnings experience ever. Trade centre attendees were the laziest bunch we ve ever encountered had trouble getting trolley out and loading multiple heavy bags and didn t get any offer of assistance, busy sitting in chairs behind the desk staring on and pointing as we struggled. Wasn t even busy!
No plants at all! A couple little flower pots by the entrance. Won't be going back to this bunnings
It is both wonderful and terrible to live close to a Bunnings Store, you drop in for one item and leave with a car load of really useful stuff and plans for the weekend.
Asked a question, told to look in aisle again, only 1 check out working, wont go back, better bunnings stores out in suburbs, armadale, gosnells, that have awesome staff.
Not this store
My wife gets half of my money and Bunnings usually gets most of the other half.
Convenient and had what I wanted. It Bunnings after all.
Good gardening options for such a small shop but parking is very limited
Ordered a Special Orders Part on the 29th November told me it would be 2-3 days as it was a simple Gainsborough part. Took my monies and still as at 16th December I haven't my part! Poor process & poor communication???
This is a great store. The senior staff (in particular) are all fantastic and truly know what customer service is all about, they are friendly and professional and know their products very well indeed! A real credit to the company.
Good for a quick visit, better to go to Cannington for the specials
Cheap prices, cheap quality like all other bunnings. Has most of the stuff you need
This store has a limited selection, a poor selection of timber, and the staff seem to be preoccupied in minor tasks rather than acknowledging or looking to help customers. To top it off, I tried to get reimbursed for a refund error from another Bunnings store for a small discrepancy that was made & was turned away. They told me I would have to go back to the store that made the error, even though their policy allows for corrections regarding these matters to be handled across all stores. By this stage I had already spent a while explaining the problem to two different staff members & thought it easier to leave it until next time to get the refund fr another store than to argue for my rights as a customer. There was confusion between the two staff members over what to do & they were polite but they should be well informed of the store policy & more willing to resolve customer complaints.
Great store, huge variety, friendly staff, but small number of parking bays.
Its bunnings only smaller with half a dozen cramped car parks. I love bunnings but this one is not in a good spot check out the bellmont one down the road. Staff were nice and helpful and they had a reasonable range for a small shop
Didn't even get out of the car because there is only a few carbays and I couldn't even find somewhere to park. Go to another BUNNINGS is my recommendation.
It's a small but adequate Bunnings. Friendly staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
Small bunnings with limited selection and very limited parking.
Very good Bunnings store. Doesn't look so big from the outside, but very good stock. Smaller aisles make more room for hardware. I've always found what I needed and friendly staff to boot.
Nice little store near busy area also love it now that the car park area has increased more.
Staff found immediately the special cord that I wanted. Fantastic service and great staff make Bunnings always a marvellous place to explore and buy exactly what is required. ( and possibly a few extra "necessities) !!
Stocks the basics but not a wide range. Parking is limited and difficult to access and leave at the front of the store. Staff helpful.
It's a smallish Bunnings, a case of good things come in small packages
Abit disorganised and inadequate set up for check out
Normal staff and excellent range of products. Ot the biggest around but location is good. Free parking as usual.
Had the pleasure of being helped by a lovely young man named Luke.
Minimal products, unknowable staff, if u find one. Fine to get basic stuff u don't need assistance with.
My local's. Great staff and customer service, always neat, tidy and organised. Great products. Save for native potting mix where i would recommend to go elsewhere it has just about everything you need from gardening to buidling.
