Bunnings Warehouse Review

The right staff can make or break a store, and unfortunately, your team member, to whom I just asked for advice and ROLLED HIS EYES at me, has made me associate Bunnings Belmont as a horrible place to shop. Tony, I approached you kindly, and you responded in without question, the most arrogant dimeana I have ever come across. God forbid you take one minute out of your job to deliver effective customer service to me, a clueless customer. Instead, you made me feel dumber than a box of hammers.
Bunnings Belmont, your staff are good for the most part, but Tony needs to shape up his act.

Customer Service could be improved just a little, in general Ok.

Bought a gate here, more than 50% less than cannington

Always enjoy visiting Bunnings. Have never left empty handed.

Dissatisfied! I spend a lot of money as a trade with Bunnings and when I go to the tradie breakfast, they run out of food! I never run out of money when I am buying your products. I complained and was told maybe next time! Never even got a cup of coffee for my complaint! Wake up Bunnings! Masters had better customer service!

Had a set of keys done twice now. Still not right. Have to come again TMW. Not happy .

Very disappointed in the lack of politeness and service by the garden staff at this store. I went in to purchase an item that was marked as in stock online only to be rudely told that it wasn t available and after inquiring if I d be able to get it the next day I was told if I was lucky . Not what I expected.

Great place friendly staff and i could walk around there for ages

Bunnings is Bunnings. We were a bit lost and asked for help. The team member assisted. I bought a gas burner for camping.

I love the staff at Bunnings they are always friendly and helpful.

Window shopping on DIY tools and $2.5 hotdogs? Its like IKEA but more manly and practical.

It's Bunnings. There is lots and lots of hardware, tools, plants, etc etc like every other one but make sure you head down there on the weekends to support a local organization or group by buying a sausage sizzle!

As with all other bunnings stores I've been to, staff are always friendly and helpful with any queries - helped me repair some damage done by a crappy renovation company

Trade desk staff are extremely unhelpful and borderline rude.

I went in this bunnings to ask assistente in product and suggestions.
I have been sent to the trade desk where one of the staff was rude and helpless.
I didn't have any kind assistenze rather than "go on section # mate".
I'm very disappointed because I'm a regular costumer at Bunnings in Morley were the staff trade you with courtesy and respect, but apparently not all the Bunnings are managared on the same way.

The plants of herbs etc are very good for eating and growing

Good products. But terrible staff today. Unfriendly nonexistent help and service. Particularly rude on the way out. Disappointed

Who does not love bunnings? A friend goes just for sizzling and stroll along the aisles.

Getting worse short staffed and the ones I found were no help,and they're not cheap anymore

This place is huge.. Like most Bunnings stores, they have pretty much everything you need and then some.. I usually end up walking out with more bits n bobs than I intended on buying..

It's what you expect from a Bunnings. It has everything you need and what you don't need, I recommend checking the website or calling ahead for specific items. A good selection of plants. Snags on the weekend.

Lots of parking space. Shop is spacious and has almost everything

A good range and size. They also have the garden section.

Good place for basic diy jobs for around the house but this place is lacking of staffs who can help with questions. you got to find someone from one end to the other end and once you find one, they don't know the answer and have to find somebody else.

Bunnings belmont where do you start i can handle the fact they are always out of stock especially in the trade section most of the trade yard car parks inside the store are full of stock so very limited car parking inside the fact on a rainy day you need a boat to get through the car park because it always floods but can not tolerate the some rude staff members who work there i shop regularly at most of the bunnings stores around perth and have never been spoken to like i was at bunnings today by mike an older guy on the trade gate today as a tradie who spends a lot of money at Belmont bunnings i would recommend don't go there try cannington better shop all around

The front staff was not able to direct me for the product i wabted.

Helpful & Knowledgeable staff particularly the 2 blokes in Gardening who helped us with our pallets of lawn turf and getting the essentials together -thanks so much our lawn is looking amazing.

Friendly staff and ease of access from Leach Hwy, Great eastern Hwy, and Tonkin Hwy.

Shop here frequently, people are freindly and helpful.

I went in to get my house key cut. The woman cut it for me and I took it home. The key didn't work. In fact it was way off. It was too thick to even go in the lock. Anyway I took it back and cut me a new one at no extra charge. It was pretty cheap in the first place. Just $3.

Not always the happiest of staff at the trade area...wouldn't go in there if I didn't have to..

Friendly and helpful staff. Great range of stock with most things that Bunnings offers on sale. Always lots of parking (seems secure). Local community college hotdog stand on the weekend.
