I had a large order (500 shirts) for work. They were the only company that could offer the shirt I wanted in every size from medium to 6xl. It took only a few days from when I placed the order until the shirts were ready (all 500)!! It was a very easy and pleasant experience. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

lots of promises about all the great things they can do in theory, but it's a crap shoot, I got lucky with a few orders and others got messed up or late. And try to get some creative help with designs and the sales people are clueless and they charge an arm and a leg to do artwork, which takes for ever to get.
Our 2nd daughter Amberly was diagnosed with PKU when she was 7 days old. We decided to create shirts to raise awareness of PKU. I reached out to about 20 printing companies and the response was: at this time we are unable to assist you with your project.
Until one day I received an email from Rachel, she was extremely nice and felt what we were going through to and was ready to help us.
We started the design of the shirts and within a couple of days they shirts were ready.
It was the most amazing shirts I had ever seen .

These guys have lost our business for good simply because I could never get a timely quote. It seems that they have gotten too big for their pants; good luck on getting someone to reply to you for a quote. They do okay work but how are you suppose to keep your customers if you don't reply to them. Don't trust these guys if you have a project that has a deadline, these guys will have you checking your e-mail without an answer.

All the advertising and the "artist" Sean only puts cliparts together and still they want to charge for creative art. my kid could have done better. rachel told me she was the owner to find out she just an employee. the print came out horrible and the product was late for my event. all the people there looks at you like ure nothing. to big of a company for small business. nobody cares. go to another shop.
I am so happy with the work of Bull Shirts, Inc. I am having a Back to School Backpack event on Saturday, August 23rd and they did 500 t-shirts for me and they were beautiful, on time and the price was great.
Artwork was really beautiful. I have referred them to our other non-profits for them to use for their upcoming events. I will also be getting 3000 made for our Christmas Event in December. Yeah Bull Shirts!!!!!

I was unsatisfied with my product because it was not to my specifications. Support was difficult in getting the matter resolved. Hard to deal with overall and good luck with trying to get help or feedback from the owner. Will NEVER use or refer them again..
Our organization has been ordering t-shirts from here for 2 years now, the quality is unbeatable! Justyn has helped us both times, and we have never had any issues.
After doing business with Bull-Shirts in the past, I reached out to them via email and phone calls and cannot get anyone to call me back to place an order. Never the same people - obvious turnover. They clearly do not want my business. Explains why 94.5 no longer does business with them either. Disappointing.
Drove by a Bull T-shirts Van and I saw the great advertising on it. Made me think I should go in and get a quote for my company t-shirts. Then as the feeder left street merges into the middle labs I need to merge with it and the Driver in the Van gets upset because I'm getting into his lane. He clearly looks upset in my rear view mirror and then decides to tail gate me for a bit. I change lanes again to merge on to the belt and as he drives by flicks me off. I can say I will never take my business to a place that permits there employees to represent them like that.

Since we started our company about 15 years ago, we've used Bull Shirts. Great service, products and pleasant environment. They have kept up to date with variety and technology with their machines to meet the customers needs. Having great communication with the sales team from the start has been a key factor, I'm very satisfied.
After a small error the staff quickly correct my issue and set everything well. I will continue to use bullshirts they have great products and service.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. They don't return calls and I'm not kidding when I say it took 6 months to get the shirts. Prices changed several times and Jay, in sales, is a joke. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!
I recommend Bullshirts for any of your custom shirt needs! I emailed Bullshirts, and told them what was going on with my friend; She lost her leg in a boating incident and we are trying to raise money to help with her medical needs in no time I got a response from Joe, the president. He was extremely helpful for the cause. I sent in a basic design idea, and their artist Lynette did an outstanding job; better than I could have ever imagined. I have been working with Joe and Bull-Shirts since it was a little company out of a house and Bull-Shirts has always put out a great product. I work in Radio and TV and every place I have worked we have used them, it's because of the quality of the merchandise as well as the service after the sale. I have used them personally for Koozies, shirts and caps as well as for the companies I have worked for with Pens, Koozies, T-shirts and golf shirts and tents. Nothing but a quality grade 'A' organization!!!
Amazing! I ordered t-shirts (screen print) and polo shirts (embroidery) with my company logo, and they look great! The quality of work is top notch. Joe and Lynette made the ordering process so easy! They responded to my emails quickly and communicated with me every step of the way. We will definitely use Bull Shirts in the future!
If i could give them a negative star rating i would. Every time you drop anything off in there, they never call you back to tell you that the work is done; and when you call to check on your order they cant even tell you or find your order. the first time it took them 2 extra weeks added to the agreed time to perform a embroidery service and i had to call them because the had no idea what had happened. The second time is like my order never existed...they do however conveniently charge you in full upfront.
We are a non-profit organization based in Texas schools and have been using Bull Shirts for the past 3 years. They are a wonderful vendor and have gone beyond expectations in all areas. Their customer service is fantastic and our personal rep, Luzvinda, has always gone above and beyond to help take care of any of our requests. Their turnaround time and pricing is also exceptional and we have had some pretty ridiculous turnaround time requests. We have been extremely pleased with their level of quality assurance. Throughout the last 3 years and the thousands and thousands of shirts that we have printed with Bull Shirts we have only seen a very small handful that have had any issues at all and those were replaced at no cost to us by Bull Shirts. We love Bull Shirts and they are our number one t-shirt vendor in Houston.
Horrible.. Joe Dotterweich is a prick.. all he cares is about money and delivers no quality.. NEVER coming back to this place!! Here you can find the Grinch of christmas.. Printed 120 shirts.. delivered late.. missed the event and they wanted to charge more!!!!
Very unprofessional and poor communicators on the sales staff. Had nothing but problems trying to get shirts printed. Will never use them again. The reality is I don't think they even care if they lose business!
This Review was originally written on Feb 26th, 2015. I received my refund plus a settlement compensation for my troubles eight days (March 2, 2015) after the mistake on my account occurred. I'm glad they attempted to make things right - I double my star rating from one to two.
After they have your money, customer service is basically thrown out the window. They claim they have too much going on to be able to reply and you basically have to constantly ask about your order to get any kind of progress going on their part. Also, they rarely respond in a timely fashion and even when they do - it has to do with getting money from you.
I made three separate orders with these guys (all made at the same time). They promised me a certain material (100% cotton) when the first order was made. They tried to give me a box full of 100% polyester shirts and so I returned them (no problem there except the fact that this caused a week of delay). However, I was given only the option of 50% cotton 50% polyester because "the price for 100% cotton is actually higher than what [they] quoted originally"..
Skipping past more delay to when I picked up my last two orders - They over charged my card more than FIVE HUNDRED dollars. Appearantly, they're not very good at keeping track of payments when they're split cash & card. I called them and told them of their mistake as soon as I saw the error on my account. They said they would call me back right away and tell me what was going on with my account. They didn't. Instead, I called them back after four hours of waiting. I spoke to someone who didn't know anything about my situation so I waited for someone who did to call me back since "they were on lunch break" (it was 3:30 and they close at 5:00). Finally when they call me back, they tell me my money will be back in my account within two days. Two days later, I email them after not seeing any additions to my account. To no surprise, they don't reply. Today, (day three without my 500 plus dollars) I send them three emails before they finally respond saying "I'm processing this right now" and so I ask "when should I see the money in my account?". They have yet to reply. These guys have no courtesy!
The shirts I received ended up being good quality but the hassle an stress these people caused me assures me I will never be a returning customer. Customer retention is obviously NOT a goal for them.
I have been working with bullshirts for about 30 years and I've never been disappointed. We have done shirts for the swim teams and many different things for my business and the pricing is always very competitive but the quality is the best with great customer service to boot! I highly recommend bullshirts to anyone looking for quality service and great pricing.
Called to inquiry about a purchase, was left waiting and then got to voicemail.
Their office is near my house so I decided to go over there directly. I was greeted by a grumpy person at the front desk and then asked to sit down and wait for some. The person left the desk and I was left alone in the office/showroom for about 15 mins until I decided to leave.
Bull-Shirts have been an amazing company to work with. We have ordered multiple company shirts from them and they always do great work while also getting our order in on time! I will recommend them to anyone who needs shirts for their company or even personally! Thank you, Bull-Shirts!

I agree with Alex... I need some shirts for a K of C event. Their (Lorna) communication is TERRIBLE. I need to find someone else. I was never able to get any shirts done...
