My flight on 7th March got cancelled due to technical problems. I've opened compensation claim ticket on their website. The company didn't respond me and they ignore my emails and Facebook messages since then. It's been 5 months already.

I have been flying with them 3 times and 3 times I waiting my luggage more than 3 days
This is unacceptable. They don t have a even telephone number for Customer service how is that possible in 2020? I written in their email and they didn t respond in tree business days which is it s against the law!
As a Bulgaria citizen I am so Mad, because they represent Bulgaria as such bad way!
Horrible company. My fligh was delayed, they promised compensation for delayed flight and now they ignore me for weeks. I would never spend my money on flight tickets from this horrible company.

When there ar eproblems the ground staff is the rudest
When calling then they don t pick up the phone for hours.

Planes are old and small. When you check in your bags at the airport the people are very rude, they don't greet nor tell you if everything is ready, also they're not updated about restrictions, or permissions to fly, even when borders are open, they have no idea and comment you can't go just to scare you? Anyway. It was the only option at the moment. But try to avoid it.
It is sad that this Bulgarian national carrier is flying around Europe, while refusing to comply with European rules. 8h delay at Prague airport. No compensation, no one responded to the pre-litigation call. Compensation for a delayed flight (from the summer of 2019) therefore goes to court. The Slovak travel agency Tiptravel is also sad, as it ordered this charter from Bulgaria Air and subsequently gave its hands away from the airline. Shameful!
Quite possibly the worst airline in Europe. Customer support is useless and extremely rude. The call center employee was yelling.
I wish I was able to give zero stars. Never in my life have I ever met people this rude for no reason. Thanks for ruining my mood. I hope bankruptcy is coming for you :)
Always late always late always late. All domestic flights this week serviced with 1 or 2 hours delay! They don t have enough planes to cover their routes and they know this so their schedule is unrealistic. They also always wait till the last minute to inform the passengers of the delay causing unnecessary overcrowding in the domestic flights area where there are no toilets or refreshments. Avoid this airline at all cost.
