It is sad that this Bulgarian national carrier is flying around Europe, while refusing to comply with European rules. 8h delay at Prague airport. No compensation, no one responded to the pre-litigation call. Compensation for a delayed flight (from the summer of 2019) therefore goes to court. The Slovak travel agency Tiptravel is also sad, as it ordered this charter from Bulgaria Air and subsequently gave its hands away from the airline. Shameful!
