I worked for the company a little over three and a half weeks. It took them two and a half months to get back to me. Once I started working here I soon found it to be a crummy job with a defective system overall. They basically text you a site and you attend the site without any physical training of any sort.Your basically thrown into a job site that assumes you know how to do everything. Which was okay for the first day being that I love challenges. However the second day when I went back to the site at Lake Meadow housing located in the southside of chicago near De La Salle highschool the staff was unresponsive. The weather was about 90 degrees waited two hours in the very radiant sun then left. Two hours I did not get paid for after being told I would. The second site being the Hemming way house which is a condominium complex located near Old town. I worked at this location for about a week. The the onsite building engineer was very condensing and exploited his power of authority. For example there is a corridor area in which the door must remain locked at all times. I locked the doors then proceeded to the compact room to finish my janitorial duties. Basically he opened the door and used the door stopper to leave the door open then radioed me to close it , he did this several times. Being that I was in desperate need of a job at the time I acquiesced to the work environment and finished out the week. The next site I was given was downtown at River Bend condominiums in which the work environment was exemplary. However I only worked for a day. The next day I could not get to the site due to financial hardship( even tried to hop the train to still get to work). I thought my boss understood once I told Julie about situation. She basically sent me a text and said send my hours I sent them and never received a text back. I waited a week to see if there would be any sort of communication about future job sites. I called Julie and asked was I still employed with the company she told me that she would no longer use me for any job sites, basically meaning I was fired. Personally coming from a management background myself I feel as if that was something you communicate with a person instead of just flat out ignoring them and having them think they still have a job. Overall I am extremely disgusted with companies practices overall.

As an Employment Specialist they were always prompt and friendly. They give you an opportunity to work and support you through most challenges. If you show that you are eager and enthusiastic about working this is a job for you. And there is opportunity for growth and career options.

After viewing my Resume online they called me in for an interview. Safe to say I am qualified if they call me in based on my Resume. When I get there the interviewer barely speaks English. He ask me 2 basic questions and tells me he will "call you back". Haven't heard from them since. Waste of time. They don't pay much anyway

Treated me bad. Company messed up my check. Didn't pay me. Fired me without reason. Never explained. I dont have a social and they hired me. Do not make each other ... these people are racist and are abused. They no longer offer the minimum and are not worth trying.

Was nice at first. Had a contract no one wanted to work because of how difficult it was. People came and left even on the first day they quit.. they don t like to pay out your hours and are always giving excuses to why and even let sexual harassment get by. I m still owed money from them and they did nothing about sexual harassment. Think twice about working for them
