Booked the day off work to have a sill installed correctly as cut too short. Contractor did not turn up, no notice given, customer advisor was rude on the phone and difficult to book in another appointment. Also, could not give reassurance that the same would not happen again if another appointment booked. Extremely poor customer service following today's experience.

Products are of such low quality they break way too quickly. Windows are supposed to durable, I don't think they understand that unforunatley. Another company which does not care about their customers one bit, simply take the money and leave them to deal with issues providing no reasonable warranty!

Worst windows and doors I have ever seen, the amount of damage on 'brand new' units is ridiculous and trying to get them to do anything about it is a joke. Even had brand new frames with writing on them from the factory, cant even be bothered to give them a clean. Says it all really

Poor quality all round.
Patio doors and windows not installed properly.
Noisy trickle vents above windows, I've covered them all with tape.
Too many panes of glass scratched or dirty inside.
Terrible after sales service.
Called me at 1630 having waited in all day to be told replacement glass wasn't on the van.
Damaged existing glass when replacing damaged patio doors.
Arrived with faulty glass to replace faulty glass.
Damaged new patio door frame and hinge changing this damaged glass.
Required far too many half day appointments wasting my time so they can rectify their own mistakes.
Spoke with a director who wasn't interested in the slightest.

This company are so bad, they claim that my french doors are designed to see daylight all along the bottom and down the side of frame and the fact that they are all rusty on the base, well their reply was that they are supposed to be like that, go future huh!! My doors were only 7months old and I would advise anyone or any company to think seriously before using this cowboy company for their products. My experience with them have been dreadful. Their products are substandard, such poor quality, they are not fit for purpose.

They falsely claim and display the BBA (accreditation) on their website but but that is a lie they are not! BBA will be contacting them for falsely claiming that they are, they will have to remove that BBA logo from there website.

They supply houses built by Larkfleet and Taylor Wimpey so if you are thinking of buying a house by those builders be careful!
